We enjoyed staying in this place. The unit is updated and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with small appliances, pots and pans, plate and utensils. The linens and towels are fresh and clean. The location is close to everything, restaurant, shopping, old town, church, groceries, park and kids playground. It's not close to a bar so we don't get the night life noise. We can't be happier with our stay. Thank you for making this place available for rent.

Great place to stay!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying here & were very comfortable. There is a lot of space, it’s very clean & in walking distance to everything!! The check-in & check-out process was very smooth & Maria was so nice! Definitely recommend!!

We stayed at this property for two nights. Out host (Maria) was extremely helpful and professional. The apartment is very well located, close to Sevilla’s main attractions and not too far from the train station. Kitchen was well-equipped and the property was big enough, nicely spread over three floors. The main improvement I can think of are the showers (water pressure wasn’t great and their positioning was a bit awkward). Overall, very nice place, would stay there again.

A few improvements needed

The location is amazing. We had to contact the Maria when we arrived to get the codes which added an element of worry. Why can’t the codes be sent automatically the day before, or the morning of, arrival? The apartment itself was a great size however, both shower’s pressure and temperature were terrible. The shower upstairs wouldn’t fit into the wall mount so you had to hold it, which doesn’t help when washing hair. Some fundamental kitchen utensils such as a chopping board and draining board were missing. And instructions on how to use the cooker, hob etc would be very useful.

For security reasons, access codes to the apartment are not given until the guest is in front of the apartment and after we verify their identity. The water pressure is good, but there are always those who want the water to hit them. The kitchen utensils are "customized"; that is, we bring them if they ask for them because each traveler wants one or the other. It is very important, in our accommodation system, that travelers stay in contact with us by phone during their stay in Seville. We are your support in the city for anything you need.

Hemos estado alojadas 5amigas y a mi me ha tocado la tercera habitación, esa habitación no existe es un sitio donde termina la escalera y da paso a la terraza. No tiene puerta, ni armario, la mesilla estaba a los pies de la cama porque no había espacio para ponerla al lado. De la cama a las escaleras hay medio metro y por cierto para llegar hay que subir 36 escalones pues es un triple; con lo cual queda desaconsejada para 5 niños y adultos con dificultad para subir escaleras.Lo bueno la ubicación, pero sin lugar a dudas es para 4 personas.

Sentimos mucho que le hayan molestados las escaleras interiores, pero las fotos y la descripción del apartamento lo muestran claramente. Lo mismo que el tercer dormitorio, sobre el que se dice que es un espacio abierto junto a la terraza, pero eso no le quita privacidad ya que ocupa toda la segunda planta y la escalera le sirve de aislamiento del resto de la casa. Es muy dificil que una vivienda históricaa rehabilitada responda al cien por cien a los esquemas de un piso moderno.

Unos dias inolvidables en Sevilla

Han sido unos dias estupendos en Sevilla. Una ciudad q nos ha cautivado por su encanto, tanto de dia como de noche. La situacion del apartamento, excepcional, muy centrico, lo q nos permitia llegar andando en pocos minutos a los monumentos mas representativos de Sevilla. Los paseos nocturnos maravillosos, poderte perder entre las estrechas callejuelas , vivir el ambiente nocturno, con gente por doquier, tenia una magia especial, y todo ello sabiendo q la vuelta a casa estaba asegurada en 5 minutos por la buena ubicacion del apartamento. El apartamento tb tiene una terraza enorme, para poder comer o cenar en ella. Ademas esta equipada con unas tumbonas, apropiadas para tomar el sol o echarse la siesta. Los dormitorios son amplios y silenciosos pq dan a un patio interor y no se escuchan ruidos. La casa es luminosa a pesar de dar a un patio. La cocina esta equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios. La verdad es q ha sido una experiencia muy positiva, totalmente recomendable tanto el apartamento como el viaje.
