The location felt unsafe. It was noisy at night. The shower did not drain. Had to turn off water while showering. The unit was really run down and seemed dirty. Would not stay here again

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the shower drainage, our maintenance team has already addressed and resolved the issue to ensure it works smoothly for future guests. While our central downtown location offers great convenience for exploring the city, we understand that street noise and the bustling urban environment at night can be challenging for some travelers. We appreciate your input as we continuously work to improve our guests' experience.
