Every condo has new windows and sliding glass doors. We have new tile and paint.
The construction on the entire property is now completed!

You’ll feel like you are sitting on the beach in this third floor condo. The living area has been expanded, but still has a balcony that seats 4 comfortably with nice outdoor seating. Mirrors and windows encompass the living, dining, and kitchen area optimizing the beautiful view. King size bed in master, 2 double beds in each of the guest rooms. You won’t find a condo closer to the water in Destin! It has a full size washer and dryer. Shoreline Towers offers a rental beach service that will set up an umbrella and 2 chairs March through October. heated pool, sauna, exercise room, pickle ball, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a clubhouse with an outdoor grilling area and a private entrance. It’s convenient to cinemas, spas, the marina, a fun water park, fabulous restaurants, and most importantly a grocery store and other shopping just right across the street accessible by a Traffic Signal! ! (A new Publix grocery store in addition to Target, Walgreens and several restaurants.) If you have any questions, please feel free to inquire. Family Getaway

The location of Shoreline Towers is perfect. We enjoyed the privacy and easy beach access. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Texting us ahead of time for check-in and we left a key fall behind and very easy to work with to get that returned to us. Would definitely recommend the spot.

This property is STUNNNING!! Cannot say enough good things about it. The view from the living room is worth the stay alone. Cara was so wonderful and very helpful. I will definitely be staying here for our annual Destin trip.

I want to start off my review with saying how appreciative I am for the amazing communication! I sent a message about a month before our trip asking for recommendations because we were traveling with another family plus my youngest son who is autistic. I like to get a feel for the area and restaurants that will work for our large group and my son. Cara sent tons of recommendations that we ended up using. We ran into a minor issue at check in and Cara answered right away and made everything right. The property is gorgeous and well stocked. Steps to the beach and umbrella rental. We had so many things planned we didn’t do because we loved the condo and the beach so much. We will definitely be back next year!

LAST MINUTE SUMMER GET AWAY

Hands down the " BEST " view and steps to the beach. Ample parking and very spacious unit and floor plan!! Decor was tasteful and bedding was " GREAT ".. Cara was very responsive and check in directions made simple.. Unit does need some updating/ minor maintence needs... Look forward to visiting unit 1031 in the future🏖🌊☀️

Awesome view

Even though construction was still happening during our stay it didn’t affect us at all. The view of the beach is fantastic. The mirrors in the space help make the unit seem even bigger than it already is. You won’t find a closer walk to the beach. We will definitely be renting again.

What a breathtaking view! And right on the beach! You almost don’t have to walk down to the beach when sitting on the balcony because you almost get every aspect of it right there. Very clean and user friendly. Very pretty decor with attention to comfort. If I had to come up with a negative, it might be that there is no washer/dryer in the condo. It really did not affect our stay, but might if you had children or stayed for a while. Of course ther are washer/dryers on the floor down the hallway. Overall, I give it a definite high five!!

Great View- horrible condo- scam

Tiles cracked- cut our child as the owner tried to hide it under sofa… Ceiling peeling, mold, bathrooms dated and in poor condition, carpets stained and furniture stained and very dirty… The only thing this place has going for it is the view! Owners very poor at responding and told us to leave after we paid a lot of money and drove 14 hours…

Don’t stay here. Listing is a sham

Broken tile all over the condo to cut your feet on. Takes 24 hours to dry clothes from dryer, bathroom showers stopped up and would not drain after day 2. Water coming in through wall on balcony side every time it rains. Huge slip and fall liability. Mattress pillows and sheets- super dirty and has yellowing and pee stains on everything. Half the condo is structurally unsafe and building is leaning in- all windows tracks and balconies not good- owner says some construction going on but all 3 condo are under heavy renovation and spoke with another owner that told me building was falling down is why they were putting jacks up everywhere to hold the building from moving on all 3 towers. Don’t waste your money and run from this listing, don’t get duped like I did. Pictures are out of focused for a reason on the Vrbo website I ask the owner if I could have my money back but said it would take a week to get back- I’m like we are here now dumbass - don’t get tricked like me Great view from the glass tho

Best view ever!! Great condo on the beach just a few yards from the ocean. It was everything that was advertised and more. You can book this unit without hesitation and plan on having the best vacation in Destin where there’s lots to do. Would definitely do again!!

A fewof things to bring to your attention..

There is broken tile in the living room that really needs to be fixed before someone cuts themselves and there really needs to be some kind of blinds or sunshade on the windows in the livingroom. It gets terribly hot in there. Other than that we love the location and our trip was great. Would stay there again. Thank you

Unit had lots of amenities, beautiful views and and felt very safe.

The only problems we had were people fishing amount beach goers trying to swim and not being able to use our own umbrellas. Not everyone can afford to pay for those extras.

We live in Mobile Alabama and are lucky enough to be only 2 hours away from the Beautiful beaches in Destin. In 1993 we bought a condo at Shoreline Towers in building 3. We use to sit on the beach with our young children and think how nice it would be to be in building 1 and closest to the beach. In 2001 this unit in building 1 became available. From the moment we walked into this third floor condo, we were convinced that there was no greater view in Destin!

Why they chose this property

For almost 25 years we have enjoyed Shoreline Towers. We have visited so often that many of our best friends as well as our children's friends are people that also own property here. We have seen new and fancier condos built over the years and have been in many of them. None of them offer the proximity to the beach with the quality structure of Shoreline Towers. This feels like a real home, not a shoe box rental.

What makes this property unique

Because this unit is located on the third floor, when you walk in, you feel like you are walking on the beach. It is not too low where any view is obstructed, and not too high to have to look down and see the beautiful white sand. Because this is a corner unit, the balcony feels very private and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets October through March. If you are "Beach People" you will LOVE IT! And if you don't like getting sandy, you will love sitting on the couch and feeling like you are on the beach! ⛱☀️
