This condo is directly on the beach. You are booking directly with the owners, a small family of three. There are no middleman or broker fees. We personally stay in and care for our properties, so we know their condition. All of our homes are well maintained, newly renovated corner units located in high-demand areas, including this condo in Holiday Isle, Destin, Florida.

We also offer properties in Panama City Beach, Destin, Navarre, and Gatlinburg. All are viewable on our website or by clicking the host picture at the bottom of this page.

QUIET, LOW-DENSITY RESORT
This resort has only 42 units total. Because of this, it is quiet, relaxed, and low key, yet conveniently located just minutes from Destin’s top attractions. Nearby activities include Big Kahuna’s, Crab Island, boat cruises, rentals, the Destin Fishing Museum, snorkeling, Harbor Boardwalk, The Track, Henderson Beach State Park, marine adventure parks, dolphin cruises, Gator Beach, Destin Commons, outlet shopping, sandcastle lessons, golf garden course, pirate cruises, helicopter tours, zip lines on the boardwalk, and world-famous fishing charters. These are just some of the many things to do in the area.

SLEEPING & LAYOUT
The condo includes a brand-new king bed, brand-new full beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. It can comfortably sleep 6–9 guests, depending on adults and children. Step outside and enjoy the ocean breeze, or walk just a few steps to the beach and pool. This condo offers the feel of a beach house stay without the high cost of renting one.

IMPORTANT RENTAL REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ
Primary renter must be 25 years or older. To help keep costs lower, we do not require a 7-night minimum stay. However, reservations must either connect directly to another booking or leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay. We do not allow 1–2 night rentals. If your dates do not meet these requirements, the reservation will be canceled. Please only book if you can meet these conditions.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Luggage carts are permitted in the condo. Your deposit will be taken if done so. Please dispose of all trash including food in the unit in the trash chute outside the condo
Start the dishwasher, gather all your belonging and log out of all apps on TV's. Any items left behind can be mailed at $50 plus shipping and packing material.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A signed rental agreement along with a photo ID will be required to book this property. If you are unable to do that please do not book thank you.

The views are stunning. We could see sunrises from our balcony and sunsets walking a short distance on the beach…The beach sunsets were amazing!Drinking our coffee & tea from the balcony looking at the beach was a HUGE hit for us…The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, every window we had a view of the beach..We drove up & down the coast on scenic drives, stopping at the State Parks, Henderson was the best with the emerald color water and white sand…stopped at Gator Beach, wow so many alligators….I can’t say enough about our trip to Destin, so much to see and do.

Great time on the beach in the heart of Destin

Property was exactly as described and very clean. The beach was beautiful. The Sand Flea, a beach bar, is a lovely half-mile walk down the beach.

Awesome location

Great place for a quick vacation! The location and beach access is amazing! If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet spot with great views, this is it. Owner was super helpful and responsive. Unit was clean and checkin/ checkout was super easy. Thanks for letting us stay!

The property was exactly as pictured. The views and proximity to the beach were awesome. One very small hiccup checking in that was immediately remedied by the owner. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night.

Best location!

We loved this property! It was very clean and had the basic essentials we needed for our stay. It had amazing views of the beach and the part of the beach that it is on is a more private area and not crowded at all! We will definitely be booking this property again.

This was the absolute best vacation condo that I’ve ever stayed at!! No joke. It was immaculate! So clean and decorated so beautifully. I am an absolute clean freak and I can’t even tell you how pleased I was with my stay here!! The views are unobstructed and absolutely gorgeous. Crystal clear water and white powdery sand. The sun rises and the sunsets were out of this world! The owner was extremely nice and very attentive with all of my needs. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Destin, Florida…. Look no further! This place is just phenomenal!!

The stay at this condo was as advertised! Family of 5 with more than enough room. Clean, beautiful and right on the beach. The manager was a delight to work with and went above and beyond accommodating my family. We will absolutely be renting from her again next summer!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

With so many places to pick from I was drawn by the over size of the building (42 condos) and the location being right on the beach. Once we got there and checked in our place was even more amazing. The decor, cleanliness, and views were great. Everything we needed to fix a meal and relax was perfect. We’re already planning our next trip but the location where we will stay has already been decided, here again!

Great views and communication

I stayed here with my parents, my husband, and my 8 year old son. The location is ideal! We were steps from the beach and a short car ride to all places we wanted to go for shopping, entertainment, and food. The balcony with the view of the beach was so perfect. The balcony was a great place to spend your mornings and evenings just enjoying the view. The host was also super great. She made the whole experience so easy and was also so quick with her response time. She answered all my questions before my stay and during. I really appreciated her communication and assistance throughout the entire process from booking to checking out.

Perfect getaway!

I can't say enough positive things about this condo and the location. I traveled alone with my three teenage daughters, and I felt very safe in this area. The beach was beautiful and almost like it was reserved just for us. Because it was spring break week for us, I expected it to be very crowded, but it was not at all. Nikki was excellent in her communication and description of the property. There were lots of beach toys and chairs in the condo's storage area, but we opted to rent beach chairs one day as well. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for the family of 5

Family of 5 kids ages 5, 11 and 15. This property was perfect for what we needed and enough room for all. Amazing views from the deck. Extremely great access to pool and the beach from the unit and also the parking lot. Lots of things super close to do. The advertisement for this unit is 100% spot on you really feel like your home. Will absolutely rent again

Stunning views! The condo was very clean and updated. Lots of space for our family of four! Beds were very comfortable. Laundry is not in unit but on the same floor. Make sure you bring coins to operate the washer and dryer. Overall, I’d recommend to anyone!

Absolutely Perfect!

When I saw this listing online I was so excited because it looked exactly like what we wanted and needed. It checked all the boxes for our visit- for us parents and our 19 and 14 year old to have separate beds. When we arrived, it was so much better in person! The furnishings and conveniences provided were terrific. The balcony was wonderful for having coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. I think our favorite part was the location- right on the beach! To be able and walk from the condo across a short bridge to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Beach staff was great with chair rental ( we didn't bring our own). I highly recommend this property. We hope to come back to Destin at some point and I hope this exact condo is available for us when we do!
