The outdoor grill is directly fed with propane gas via a dedicated line.

Beautiful Hither-Hills beach is just a few minutes walk away, and less if you take your bike or car to one of the Beach's private parking area. Conveniently located with both the town's dining and entertainment offerings as well as an exclusive spa facility just a few minutes drive away. Your idyllic summer awaits you in this charming home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out trash and place it in the outdoor bin, please do not leave trash outside of the bins
Make sure the oven and grill are turned off; closed fireplace vent if used; and after the fire pit is completely cooled, place the metal lid on top of it
Please return the beach pass and lot key to the binder on the desk to the right of the fireplace. Lost keys incur a $150 replacement fee
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Group share is prohibited by the town of East Hampton. Fines may apply to the tenant for the violation of this policy.
No bachelor bachelorette parties. No outdoor noise after 10pm.Security camera on front corner of home pointing at the front door/ front yard/ driveway
Commercial use of the property including audio & video production is prohibited. Receipt of mail or any package at the residence is prohibited.
