Beautiful Contemporary 4 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom spacious beach-house in secluded Hither Hills section of Montauk. A short 2 block walk to private ocean beach (access key provided). Partial ocean views, cathedral ceiling, barn wood floors, completely furnished. Large master en-suite with private decking, 3 guest bedrooms and 2 1/2 additional bathrooms. Fully stocked, open gourmet kitchen, upper level deck for outdoor dining and grilling. Comfortably furnished living room with wraparound window walls for wonderful outdoor views. Finished basement level. 2 flat screen TV's with cable. Yard with outdoor patio, teak furniture and an outdoor shower. Central Air. Lots of space, sleeps 8-10. Close to town, Gurneys, golf, fishing. Very peaceful area. Truly a comfortable beach house that you will enjoy.

The Seaside neighborhood of Hither Hills is bucolic, quiet and represents all the best nature has to offer. A short 5 minute walk and you are on your own private ocean beach. Easy access to town, restaurants, shopping, fishing and Golf. Or you can just listen to the birds and read a book.
