This was absolutely a dream come true to cap off our summer !! Check in was extremely easy and the Host had amazing communication from start to finish!! Close to everything we were able to explore the whole town with the bikes that were on site. Absolutely loved the salt water pool. Hopeful to come back soon!

Perfect home — well laid out with fit and finishes that appeared near brand new and more space than the photos would suggest. We were 8 and stayed comfortably. Place has a nice pool, direct beach access, huge driveway and is near most things.. to top it off he was one the most wonderful and generous hosts we’ve ever encountered. Will be back

This was hands down the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. The lay out of the home was perfect. We traveled with our 2 children (3 and 1), our nanny, and 2 friends from Florida. The upstairs had 3 beautiful bed rooms and an open EIK. The living room had comfortable couches with amazing water views. The downstairs was super spacious and had a separate television room and 2 other bedrooms with a huge bar with dishwasher and wet sink. The wrap around deck was perfect for watching the sunset and sunrise. The heated pool heated up very fast and we were able to enjoy time in the pool with our kids. Right across the street was a private beach with chairs and water access that allowed us to walk the shore line up to Gosman’s. We were in walking distance to the ice cream shop and a bunch of great restaurants. One of the coolest things we did was walk up to Gosman’s fish market at 830am and watched them off load the fish from local boats. We were invited in by the owner to watch them filet tuna, swordfish etc. We are looking forward to staying here next year. Richard, thank you for be an amazing host.

We spent three days at this beautiful Montauk property to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and relaxing. The house is in a great location — right across the road from the ocean, so you can hear the waves and feel the sea breeze. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away, and it’s also very close to the docks where the fishing charters leave from. We actually did a fishing trip during our stay and caught a ton of fish, which made the weekend even more memorable.The property itself is extremely comfortable and well thought out. The pool heats up to 90, and the hot tub can go up to 100, which made it absolutely perfect for the cooler Montauk evenings. Sitting in the hot tub with a glass of wine while the air was crisp and cool was just amazing. The outdoor area feels private and relaxing, and we spent most of our time there between swimming, grilling, and hanging out by the pool.Inside, everything was very clean and well maintained. The layout is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. You can tell the hosts take great care of the property — all the small details were there, from fresh towels to clear instructions for how everything works.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of location, comfort, and amenities made this one of the best stays we’ve had

We celebrated my husband’s birthday with our adult children and spouses (ages 32-35) and our grandchildren (ages 6-8) and dogs. For our family, this home had everything we needed and more. The finishing in the home were new. The decor had a light, comfortable, nautical vibe. The backyard was enclosed, landscaped and very private with outdoor dining space, lounge furniture and a stunning, heated salt water pool and a separate hot tub. The curb appeal from the front was enhanced by lush floral landscaping, a large driveway with ample parking and an enclosed private outdoor shower adjacent to the side of the house. The front porch was large. The second story featured a three sided wrap around terrace with furniture on the front and back sides. The upper deck on the third level offered stunning sunrise/sunset views and a telescope to view the stars. The rolling waves, water views and access to private beaches was perfection I write all this as the house is more lovely than the photos might suggest. We had brought bicycles for the kids but the four adult bikes parked out front let everyone take a turn riding around this peaceful neighborhood with the children. The host was accessible and very personable. We recommend this home fully and without hesitation. We had a fabulous time in Montauk.
