Nice 35 sqm independent house for rent with private fully enclosed garden. Located less than 1 km from the beaches of: Lido di Capoliveri, Felciaio and Norsi. Internally it consists of: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. Outside, barbecue, table with chairs and shower. The accommodation is a 15-minute drive from Portoferraio, Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro.

Piccola villetta immersa nel verde

Villetta a 2 km dal mare, spiagge,molto belle vicine. Giardino grande e curato ci siamo trovati benissimo

Bellissima vacanza

Ho soggiornato per due settimane, con mia moglie e il nostro cagnolino, in questa villetta indipendente immersa nel verde, in una zona tranquillissima e a pochi minuti d'auto dalle bellissime spiagge che si trovano in questa parte dell'isola. Al nostro arrivo la casetta era pulitissima e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire. La piacevolissima sorpresa è stato il giardino che la circonda, grande, piantumato, e attrezzato con sedie a sdraio. La signora Emma è gentilissima e disponibile e al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un dolce tipico dell'isola e uno snack per il cagnolino. Che altro dire se non grazie signora Emma è stata una bellissima e rilassante vacanza in quest'isola meravigliosa.

Traumhafte Lage vom Haus mit riesigem Garten.

Das Haus hatte alles für 2 Personen mit Hund was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Wir haben wunderschöne 2 Wochen dort verbracht, und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Nichteinsehbares Ferienhaus

Ein schönes rational eingerichtet Ferienhaus, mit uneinsehbarem Grundstück. Eine Klimaanlage ist leider nicht vorhanden, was bei diesen Temperaturen nicht von Vorteil war. Die Aussendusche, welche in der Objektbeschreibung angepriesen wurde, funktionierte nicht. Deutschsprachiges Fernsehen konnte nicht empfangen werden. Besonders schön war das eingezäunte Grundstück für unseren Hund. Trotz kleiner Einschränkungen würden wir dieses Objekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

un paradiso

E' stata una bellissima vacanza. Emma è una persona stupenda che ci ha accolto benissimo. La sua casa è una piccola isola felice nell'isola. Noi e i nostri due cani abbiamo passato giornate rilassanti e fuori dalla confusione. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Gemütlich aber ausbaufähig

Es ist ein schöner, gemütlicher und sauberer Ort. Er bietet genau das, was im Inserat angegeben ist. Wir würden empfehlen bei diesen hohen Aussentemperaturen, wenn keine Air condition, wenigstens einen Ventilator zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ausserdem wäre ein wifi & besser ausgestattete Küche bei diesem Preis angebracht.

Grazie per la recensione, peccato perché il ventilatore c’è e viene fornito a richiesta perché non tutti lo vogliono. Il Wi-Fi è un progetto futuro , se può indicarmi che cosa potrei fornire in più in cucina ve ne sarei grata. Credo anche che il prezzo pagato ( comprensivo di biancheria e il fatto che la casa è totalmente ad uso esclusivo) sia più che onesto. Saluti Emma

Ottimo soggiorno

Struttura bellissima e dotata di ogni comfort, riservata ed estremamente pulita. Casa non fronte mare, ma molto tranquilla e perfetta dal punto di vista logistico, soprattutto per chi ama girare l'isola. Si trova infatti a pochi minuti dalle principali località elbane e da numerosissime spiagge. Emma è una persona seria, premurosa, gentile e sempre disponibile, ma mai invadente. Esperienza da ripetere!

Fuga all'elba

Emma la proprietaria è gentilissima, ci ha fatto trovare anche un dolce all'arrivo e gli snack x il cane. Casa bellissima, con tutto quello che serve, letto comodissimo, un fantastico giardino grandissimo per il nostro cagnolone che ha gradito molto. Speriamo di ritornarci ancora.

La casetta delle fiabe

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene in questa casetta , piccola, e accogliente da farti sentire a casa . Il giardino che la circonda è magico e spazioso. La posizione è molto buona per ragiungere le varie spiagge. Ideale per una coppia o piccola famiglia. Emma e il suo papà sono stati davvero disponibilissimi e affettuosi. Un carissimo Saluto! Non Mancherà l'occasione di tornare!

Vacanza casa dei gerani

Ho soggiornato qualche giorno in questa villetta con mio marito e figlio di 4 anni e che dire!una delle vacanze migliori!!la villetta singola è riparata da tutto e tutti! Siamo stati circondati da bellissimi fiori e alberi,un bellissimo giardino e molto confortevole. Emma,figlia del proprietario,una ragazza molto gentile e disponibile. Mio figlio ha potuto girare con la sua bicicletta e divertirsi tanto. A due passi dalle spiagge più belle. Andiamo sempre in appartamento ma quasto è stato il più bello!!!grazie di tutto...da riprovare. Agnese
