The detached house is for max. 6 people ( picture in the ad with the white chairs), Directly above the sandy beach Zuccale ( only 150m) to the beach Barabarca ( 250m), close to Capoliveri is the detached house slightly on the slope with stunning sea views ,surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Into the picturesque Capoliveri (with grown old town and with a very special flair - not only for shopping but also for strolling, strolling), it is only about 1.5 km, good for an evening stroll or to eat ice cream! The Italian feeling will certainly set in very quickly! Elba offers something for everyone, not only bathing and relaxing, you can also make beautiful excursions by car or bus or bike / scooter (!) in the near or far surroundings, Elba is well connected. Many courses ( sailing courses, diving courses, surfing courses) are also offered in German. When you book, we will be happy to send you our tips collected over the years with guests and our Italian friends, which will certainly help you to enjoy your vacation right from the start.Washing machine can be used by and at the landlady ( 5€ per wash) dogs allowed on request , 50€
per stay

Summer 2023

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We loved the view of the sea and mountains and how close we were to the beaches. We would toughly recommend staying here.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in einem Olivenhain mit einem absolut fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Der Weg zu beiden Stränden ist zu Fuß gut machbar, mit Treppen ausgebaut. Es hat Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und im Wohnzimmerbereich für zwei Personen auch Schlafmöglichkeiten, (kürzer wie 2 m). Im Außenbereich ist ein toller Grill vorhanden, ein Waschbecken und eine Außendusche. Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank leider allerdings keinen Backofen, die sonstige Küchenausstattung ist ok. Der Kontakt zum Anbieter und auch die Betreuung vor Ort waren erstklassig. Auch die Betreuung, bevor man in den Urlaub geht und die ganze Kommunikation ist herausragend gut. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt waren unglaublich glücklich dort und werden versuchen wieder dorthin zu gehen. Wir waren tauchen in der Tauchschule Omnisub in Porto Azzurro, welche in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und auch sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Das Haus ist gemütlich und herrlich gelegenen, man kann den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse verbringen, den Blick genießen, lesen, entspannen, essen…. und wem das zu langweilig oder heiß wird, läuft kurz zu einem der schönen Strände Barabarca oder Zucchale. Toll! Für den Einkauf, abendlichen Trubel oder Restaurantbesuch ist das nah gelegene Städtchen Capoliveri (kurze Fahrt mit dem Auto) sehr gut geeignet. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Meeresblick aus dem Schlafzimmer

Wunderbar ruhiges Ferienhaus entsprechend der Beschreibung im Inserat. Für Hunde ist das Grundstück nicht „ausbruchsicher“ umzäunt. Beide Strände sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen, Hunde sind dort angeleint zugelassen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Eine wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit viel Gelegenheit, um draußen auf der Terrasse zu verweilen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Der Blick ist einfach traumhaft. Die zwei Strände, die sehr nahe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind, sind auch sehr schön. Ansonsten ist ein Auto von Vorteil, um z.B. die schönen Städte Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro oder Portoferraio schnell zu erreichen. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würden diese auch wieder buchen. Vielen Dank.

Es ist immer schöne wenn man zufriedene Gäste hat. In diesem Haus ist das nicht schwer- es liegt tatsächlich absolut traumhaft inmitten von einem Olivenhain, mit herrlichster Aussicht und man braucht kein Auto, um an die Strände zu kommen. Wie Sie mir gesagt haben, waren auch die Tipps von uns so, dass Sie einiges umsetzen konnten. Danke Ihnen für Ihr Kommen,gerne auf ein anderes Mal!

Randonnées magnifiques! Paysages merveilleux!

Un séjour très agréable, la résidence offre une vue magnifique sur la baie et est assez proche du village, en voiture. Nous avons encore pû nous baigner, la proximité de la mer est fort appréciable.

Superbe situation

La situation entourée d'oliviers est magnifique avec la vue sur la mer et la proximité immédiate des deux plages de Barabarca et Zuccale. La maison mitoyenne est fonctionnelle et très tranquille. Dino nous a même fait goûter son excellente huile d'olives. Le village de Capoliveri perché sur une colline est magnifique et un lieu idéal pour visiter l'île.

Nous vous remercions beaucoup. Les maisons ont une vie super et sont très près de la mer. Ja, die Häuser sind ganz nah am Strand, liegen trotzdem ruhig - nicht ist einem Traumurlaub auf Elba im Wege!

Schöne, ruhige Lage mit genügend Platz

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen im August in diesem netten Haus auf Elba. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar und die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Man hat keinerlei Nachbarn in Sichtweite. Das Haus ist sauber und alles funktionierte soweit ohne Probleme. Das Grundstück ist schön groß und bietet gute Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse. Wir kamen mit 3 Autos , die ohne Probleme einen eigenen Parkplatz im Carport hatten. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten zum Laufen. Das geht absolut problemlos. Beim Hochlaufen ist es , wie überall auf Elba recht steil :) Dafür gewinnt man aber Höhenmeter und hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Alles wunderbar , nur wie immer : 2 Wochen Urlaub sind VIEL zu kurz !
