A very convenient location in the Old Town and so well equipped! It was lovely to come back to after a day sightseeing. Very comfortable beds. Duncan was very good communicating with me before and during the stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

Very clean, wonderful host communication. The kitchen was fully stocked, though we didn't really use anything because the location to shops and restaurants was so convenient. Perfect location for a wonderful stay in Edinburgh!

This apartment is an excellent Royal Mile spot! We spent several days walking around, touring Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace, walking to New Town and St Mary’s Cathedral for Mass, using Waverly Station to go out to St Andrew’s. We tried Pigg’s across the street for some wonderful Spanish tapas and wine… a great few days! You will want to have your phone light at the ready if you get home after dark as the entrance right off the street has an outer door, and then you walk up a flight of stairs to the apartment. The flight up is dark at night unless you have some light. The little washer dryer worked great and I had brought a few detergent pods for laundry. We were very comfortable. Communication with Duncan was fantastic and straightforward. Thank you !

We absolutely loved our apartment in Old Town Edinburgh. The beds were so comfortable. We were right next door to a great little restaurant that served wonderful coffee in the mornings. Duncan, our host, was quick to respond to any questions that we had. I honestly can’t think of anything that we didn’t like about this place. We would definitely stay there again. It was so convenient to Waverly Station and also a city bus stop right across the street. There wasn’t air conditioning, but we didn’t need it. It was a very comfortable rental.

Great place to stay

Wonderful place right in the middle of Old Town. All the shops, pubs and historic places anyone could want close by. Comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Location

Great flat for a lovely Edinburgh Vacation. Location is close to everything and the accommodations are great. Close to nightlife, attractions, transportation, and restaurants. Would stay again.

This was probably the best VRBO we ever rented. Duncan the host would check in to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. The location was the perfect location right on the Royal Mile with an easy walk to all attractions and pubs. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great Flat in a great location!!

Duncan’s flat is extremely cozy and in an amazing location. Just a few minute walk from the train station, the royal mile and new town with access to amazing restaurants and pubs. The flat itself comes with everything you might need for a trip!

A perfect stay on the mile

This is a great location in the city and a space that made it feel like home away from home. We loved hanging out in the living room between long walks exploring the city. Duncan was a great host, super communicative, and made check-in and check-out easy as pie. Would definitely recommend for future visits!
