About this property

Uniquely designed space in a-quiet setting moments from beech...

The studio is among a small selection of 25 or so similar property built in the 1950s located on a secluded, quiet private road.

The property was renovated and now provides a unique space for living, dining, bathing and cooking with a glass galleried bed deck with a comfortable and cosy bedroom space. It is perfectly designed for couples to spend time away together or in fact as a working home from home, with all modern amenities, it is sparkling clean.

We are around 10 minutes walk to the beach front and the same from Langstone Harbour shoreline. It is a peaceful place to relax and recharge or an ideal base to sail, windsurfing & explores.

The Stairs to the Bed Loft are "Ships Stairs" & therefore steeper than you may be used too, with Left - Right Paddle treads, it is not suitable for folks who have mobility challenges.

Private off road parking is at the front of the property with additional parking for visiting friends

Great place to stay!

Quiet, clean modern studio on a friendly road. Every thing needed is provided, really enjoyed our 3 night stay and would highly recommend it. Dogs welcome, but garden is not enclosed so I was out at 6am with dog on her lead! Studio is up a small road off the lane between two houses, we missed it first time, but once you know where it is, it's like a hidden gem behind. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and welcoming, and the beach was a short stroll away.
