Villa near the beach with heated pool

Welcome to Villa Espada in Jávea on the Costa Blanca – a spacious holiday home for up to eight guests, offering privacy and comfort.

The Arenal Beach and its promenade with restaurants and cafés is about five minutes away by car while the villa itself offers peace and seclusion.

The property is fully enclosed with a large automatic gate; two cars can park inside the gated grounds.

The heated pool is approximately 10 by 5 metres.
A spacious outdoor kitchen and dining area are perfect for long summer evenings. A paella pan with its own gas burner is provided, along with hot tub, sauna and table tennis.

All four bedrooms have their own air-conditioning unit, plus an additional unit in the living room; underfloor heating keeps the house comfortable in cooler months.

A high-speed fibre optic connection provides fast, reliable internet throughout the house, ideal for streaming, video calls or remote work. Two Smart TVs offer access to popular streaming apps.

Additional amenities include a dishwasher in both indoor and outdoor kitchens and a washing machine.
