Amazing property

The pictures do not do this home justice. Beautiful views from every room and overall vibe of the house is so homey and relaxing. Great location. Short walk to shopping, restaurants, and beach. We’ve been coming to Kauai for the last 20 years and have rented beautiful homes but this one is our favorite

We stayed at this wonderful house for 6 nights. It was exactly as described and identical to the photos. We had a few minor snafus w/ some kitchen appliances, but the manager was incredibly responsive. Would highly recommend !

We had the most wonderful, comfortable, and luxurious time in this home. Before we arrived we were unsure if the pictures would be making it look bigger or better than in person - but I would say its quite the opposite. Its so much better in person than in the photos! We had 4 adults and 4 kids and everyone had plenty of space to eat, sleep, play. Michael, our welcoming concierge, was prompt and responsive and very easy going (even when we had questions after business hours). The short walk to town is perfect for little shopping trips or to run get a smoothie or a nice dinner out. The short walk to the beach area was great for drinks and dinner and watching surfers. We loved cooking in the kitchen too - quite a treat. Everyone in our travel group (kids included) would love to stay here again! Thank you so much for hosting us! - The Carltons

Best rental ever

We travel to frequently to Hawaii and used to live there. This is hands-down the most beautiful property we have overstated and I would purchase it and if it were possible!!!! Pure paradise

Beautiful Home With Beautiful Views

The listing really doesn’t do this property justice. The home is in a wonderful location with ocean, mountain, and golf course views. The surrounding area from the home is gorgeous and the plants and lake are beautiful. Very short walk to the beach and local shops. Perfect location….beautiful home and views!! Only thing I would change is the quality of the Wi-Fi but that was a small inconvenience. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Vacation

The location of the house was great. We loved lounging by the pool and spending time together on the back lanai. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped and love the orchids through out the house. Nice touch.

Family Vacation

We have been taking family vacations for the past 10 years, during Spring Break. We have been to many exciting places ie Mexico, Turks and Caicos, Cayman Island. This is our 2nd family trip to Kauai. All of the homes we have rented have been outstanding all with private pools and beautifully furnished. Like anything there are always problems that have to be dealt with. We had only 1 little glish this time and it was with the WiFi. The speed with which the management staff responded was outstanding and by far the best over all service we have ever received. The house was outstanding, it is always difficult to find something that satisfies 6 different people but we all agreed this home meant all of your expectations and needs. Having 2 bedroom and 2 baths plus a den upstairs was perfect so our daughter and her family . They had their own space and my husband and myself had a large downstairs bedroom with ensuite bath with a walk-in shower that also had access to an outdoor shower. We especially liked that the location was private with lush vegetation we hardly notices there were homes on each side. Lastly, we were within walking distance of the beach and daily walked to the Village for our Latti, We look forward to another trip here in the near future.

Poipu Rental

Our party of eight recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. This is a beautiful home with wonderful views of ocean and mountains. The pool and spa were amazing. We spent the majority of our trip using the pool and back lanai. The outdoor grill did not function properly and needs to be replaced and some patio furniture including the pool chairs were in poor condition. We had an issue with WiFi and our front door latch and contacted management company and they sent someone over right away. I would recommend this property to any family! Many memories made on this trip.

Stunning Home

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Everything was impeccable upon our arrival. The house was very clean and had nice touches throughout-- a welcome basket, lovely soap, shampoo and conditioner, and high-end bedding and towels. The house has the most beautiful decor and furnishings, it's even better than the pictures. It was the perfect size for our group of 7. There were many places both inside and outside to lounge around. Great views from the front and back of the house. There is a big beautiful tree in the backyard that provided the perfect spot to sit in the shade and look out at the pond. We loved the walk to the beach and the shops at Kuku'iula. The neighborhood had a beautiful path that made for great daytime and evening strolls. A few things just to be aware of, nothing major... the hot tub doesn't get very hot, there is no garage access, and there can be some morning noise and commotion in the neighborhood due to the hard-working landscaping crew that keeps the Kuku'iula looking beautiful. This is truly a special house and we would return in a heartbeat!

Making forever family memories

I have brought my son, wife, & grandchildren to Aulani Disney (in Aulani suites/apt.), a VRBO w/ guest house on beach in Maui, & now your property. We loved your home most...absolutely perfect with each of us having a bathroom, the fabulous pool after days at the beach, tours, etc,, and walking distance to a beautiful beach, and shopping area with GREAT restaurants, on the rare occasion we didn’t grill. Had our own freshly caught tuna, one of highlights for grandson. We’d love to return for another visit, & lots more wonderful memories to be made. Fabulous property’s! Thank you!

If I could give more stars I absolutely would.

I can’t even begin to describe how absolutely amazing our stay was. The house was perfect for our group, it was fully stocked with everything you would need on vacation (minus the food of course). Literally absolutely everything was taken care of for you. They even recommended walking down to the nearby shops and restaurants which were super cute and very close to the house. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, the hot tub was very easy to operate. The house was equipped with a sound system so you could play music in every room. This place was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Kauai.

Wonderful location and property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful, immaculately kept, and in a beautiful area. The proximity to the beach and the shops and restaurants in Poipu/Koloa is perfect. Just a short drive (or walk). We enjoyed taking walks through the neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were great and have a gorgeous view. We enjoyed being able to eat in for breakfast and lunch most days. The kitchen is well stocked. I could go on. This is a beautiful home, and we enjoyed staying here with our kids (10, 8, and 8 months old). Michael was very attentive to our questions, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. All around, this was a vacation we will always remember and would highly recommend this wonderful vacation home.

Fabulous Vacation Home

Beautiful home. The description was spot on and did not disappoint. There were three couples in our group. --The home provided ample communal space as well as the privacy of separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Great for our family!! The location is ideal for driving as well as within walking distance to shops and dining. We will definitely consider a return stay.
