New Pet Friendly Award Winning Condo - 10 Minute walk to downtown Durango

Our single level 1,500 square foot residence was built in 2016 and won the People's Choice category in the Durango Parade of Homes. The modern and exceptionally appointed residence features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located 7 blocks (15 minute walk along the Animas River Trail) from the heart of historic downtown Durango and 24 miles (25 minutes) from Purgatory ski area.
This residence has been finished with furnishings, electronics and decor at the forefront modern decor and technology. It’s a true showplace and an exceptional vision of an urban lifestyle that is commensurate with a small-town mountain setting.
This condo is also just a few minutes walk from the Durango Recreation Center, County Fairgrounds and numerous restaurants and bars. If you do not want to walk to downtown, then simply take the Trolley that runs every 20 minutes and stops right in front of the condo.

Bed Configuration (Please note the condo is upstairs one flight of stairs but is a single level condo):

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Great place. There were a few items that could use TLC like one of the living room couches. Overall worked perfectly for us. There’s a trolley stop a 1-min walk away, which made getting into downtown easy.Yes there was street noise, but with the white noise machine on just a low setting, it didn’t bother us.

This place was awesome. Location was right in town. You can walk to train station in 5 minutes. All the restaurants are right there too We were 3 couples and this place had one huge king room and another king room and a queen room. All the beds were very comfortable. They had a lot of nice little extra touches tooThe only negative was that we had a hard time getting into parking garage, up the elevator, and then into the place. I called them many times and they answered right away and were very helpful getting us in with the codes. I would stay there again so it wasn’t terrible. This is a real fine. A wonderful place to end our trip!

Great place and location to enjoy Durango

We spent a week here with our two adult sons to visit our daughter who lives close. The place is modern and clean with everything you need for cooking (even grilling outside). Parking is easy. The location is wonderful ... a 3-minute walk to the trail along the river and to the trolley stop on Main Ave to downtown. Lots of great restaurants in Durango (Fridas is close by.) We went to Mesa Verde and Ouray during our stay ... worth the trip! And yes, the host is responsive ... we had a few questions.

The property was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Located close to downtown and just a stones throw from the bike routes along the Animas. We truly loved staying at this property and will hopefully be able to return next year. One of the best stays we’ve had over the years in Durango. Great home, with a perfect location that is close to everything. The layout of the unit makes it an excellent choice for multiple families., couples or groups of friends. Plenty of space to hang out and have fun. I would highly recommend staying here.

An Oasis

We loved the townhome and the location. Plenty of space, great kitchen; parking and places to walk the dogs. Great coffee and deli all within walking distance. You can cross Main Street and head straight to the river trail to head downtown. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was a huge help so that we might watch Peacock and the Olympics.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had five adults in our group and our condo was the perfect place! The layout was great and we felt that we had plenty of room. The street noise was a bit loud in the evenings but we brought fans for sleeping so it was a non-issue for us (they do provide sound machines in all bedrooms). The property manager/owners were very responsive and helpful! The bath towels and bed pillows could be improved upon, but other than that things were great! We would absolutely stay here again!
