It is a very nice, clean, and updated amenities. The true golden feature is the location with access to overnight parking. Easy to get in and out. Walking distant to all your downtown needs.

A fabulous location near Main Street in Durango! Very convenient to the train station plus restaurants and shopping. The condo is very spacious and clean. Having a parking spot in a closed garage is a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Durango.

Incredibly well equipped condo. Everything that you have a home to cook with. Very clean excellent location to restaurants and activities. Our visit was lots of fun, but we could have done without the motorcycle gathering!One suggestion for the owners: a small bottle of oil would be useful.

We're sorry the motorcycle gathering added some extra noise to the trip that's outside our control, but we understand it's not ideal. And thank you for the suggestion about the oil. We've been working to try to find something small to leave that makes sense for everyone without leaving something open and previously used by another guest to keep everything clean - but we're exploring! Perfect place to stay for celebraions downtown. We easily walked everywhere from restaurants, shopping and groceries. Easy access to run or bike on the Animas River trail. Check in was very easy, apartment was clean and well equipped and the host provided us wih all the information we needed for check-in and was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Perfect Durango Location

This spot is great for staying in downtown Durango with plenty to do in walking distance. Access in and out is super easy and safe. I would certainly stay here again if I make it back to Durango.

Location!!

Great location! There were 2 couples in our group, but the condo would also be perfect for a family. Secure parking was a plus as was the walkability to the train station, restaurants, bars and shopping. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, comfortable place

The location in downtown Durango was great, and the unit itself was really nice. Clean, well-appointed, plenty of room. Having secure parking in the garage was an excellent perk too, so we could leave our ski stuff in the car overnight.

The place was great!! Parking was a bit of am issue because one of the spaces dedicated to the unit was fully occupied the entire time.
