Welcome to 308 State Road in Country Club Estates, right in downtown Rehoboth Beach. This pet-friendly, spacious, and comfortable beach house features three primary bedrooms with private ensuites and sleeps eight guests with ease. After a day on the sand, unwind in the inviting three-season room, complete with AC, cozy furnishings, expanded dining space, and thoughtful extras like games, books, a stereo, and a high chair. Outside, the rear patio is set up for laid-back evenings with a sitting area, gas grill, and string lights—perfect for dinner under the stars or sunset cocktails. If you're mixing work and play, you'll appreciate that all three bedrooms include desks suitable for remote work.
The location couldn't be better: just one block from Rehoboth Avenue and about five blocks to the beach and boardwalk, so you can park once and walk everywhere. The home offers a private driveway with space for roughly three cars, plus conveniences like an outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, a first-level primary suite, recent renovations, and a lovely outdoor living area. Please note that one dog is welcome with a non-refundable pet fee, linens are not supplied (rental packages are available), and smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the porches. A 2022 renovation added a new dishwasher, expanded the second-level bedroom with a new ensuite, and refreshed the interior with paint—making this home an even more comfortable Rehoboth retreat. Please note that the VRBO service fee is charged separately by VRBO and is not imposed by the Host. As a result, your credit card will reflect two separate charges: one from VRBO for the service fee and one from the Host for the rental charges. The VRBO service fee will not appear on the Rental Agreement.

Enjoyable time in Rehoboth

Lovely home with 3 large bedrooms and en suite baths. Kitchen well equipped and walkable to Rehoboth Ave. Great to have washer and dryer. Rental agency was responsive and helpful.

We all loved the property Only one drawback and that was the yard. We thought it was fenced in for the kids and wasn't as roomy as we hoped but all in all we would go back

Great Location!

Generally a great location with a straight shot to the beach. Check in process is awful. Need an easier way than going to the office but that’s not on the owner. Sleeps a lot of people and has great options for kids. Nice yard for pets or sipping cocktails in the evening. The comforters need to be washed on the beds by besides that a very tidy place.

Plenty of room for family and friends!

The space was so much larger than we expected it to be, and the home was very clean. The well-stocked kitchen had all of the basics and everything we needed to prep meals. The upstairs bathrooms, recently remodeled, were better than the bath in the bedroom downstairs, not a deal breaker—just longer wait times to shower after a day at the beach because everyone wanted to use the newer shower. Our only complaint was that there were way too many owner’s closets, which meant there was little closet space in bedrooms and no access to a pantry in the kitchen. We had to keep all of our non perishable food and snacks on the countertop because the other cabinets were filled with dish ware, etc., and the pantry was locked.

Great vaca

This property is very spacious for family get together. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom which was nice to have for some privacy and with little kids. The sun room is just a beautiful bonus space for kids to play and adults to hang out when the kids go to bed. Our two families of 4 both with children between 2-5 years of age had a great stay here! Not much of a yard in the back, some grass would be nice but it was just fine to cook on the grill or sit outside. Lots of amenities to use on the property so you don’t have to bring it with you from home. Family friendly. Only 1-2 min drive to everything including the beach, and it is possible to walk to the boardwalk (which we did) if your alright with a longer walk. I wish we could have just checked in on an app and had the keys there in the lock box instead of driving to a different location to get the keys but the ReMax location we had to go to is only a couple minutes away, just would have been more convenient to take that step out. Overall great house, great experience, great vacation spot!

Good interior space

3 nice bedroom suites, great living room and enclosed porch. Walkable to downtown and restaurants. Drawback was massive construction next door which caused issues with privacy, parking, noise and backyard usage.. Re/Max realtors could have tried to help, but washed their hands of the situation.

Great house for girls weekend

We really enjoyed this house for a mother/daughter weekend. So much room for all and having a full bathroom for each bedroom was excellent!! Decorated really nice and very comfy home. Short walk into town.

Incredible house for the entire family

Great spot for a family vacation! We used the house to hang out together as a family which we haven't been able to do for about 5 years. The house is amazing, had everything you'll need for a fun time away from home and just blocks from the beach. Great house!

Great Place-would rent again

The house was perfect for our family. My husband and I, our son and daughter and their families shared the place. Layout allowed for each “unit” to have their own space. The sun room was a great spot for our grandsons to play.

Fantastic house - had a great stay!

Wow! What a great rental property! The sun room and spacious living room really made this a perfect house for us. 6 adults stayed here, but we had more family renting other places in Rehoboth so we were able to easily gather together for games and conversation.

Wonderful

The property is very well equipped. Has everything a family would need. It was just my wife, me and our small dog. So we didn’t need to use the entire home but a large family or multiple families would have plenty of room. Kitchen is better equipped then my own. For the most part, we loved this property. - beautiful, spacious rooms - comfortable furniture - lots of counter space in kitchen - screened in porch is awesome - great, safe location - plenty of parking - plenty of bathrooms and showers - very open floorplan Some things we were less than happy with though are: - minimal water pressure - very difficult to get sand off with poor pressure in outside shower, and outside spicket didn't work - kitchen light didn't work (called Sunday to request fixed and never got fixed) - no iron, despite being listed on amenities - listing pictures are deceiving (grill and hammock pictured but not provided)
