This detached villa for 4-6 people is located on the border between Moraira and Benissa Costa close to the golf course, various restaurants and beaches.

In this attractive villa you can enjoy a wonderful holiday on the Spanish coast. Enjoy the beautiful garden around the house, the beautiful sea view and the comfortable and attractive interior. The subtropical garden offers a lot of privacy and several terraces so that you can enjoy life outside in the sun and shade. The villa has been recently renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a modern kitchen, air conditioning in every room, WiFi and a smart TV with chromecast and Google TV.

On the ground floor there is an apartment with living room and separate kitchen, in addition there is 1 bedroom with an adjoining 1 bathroom. The apartment is located on a sunny terrace and the swimming pool. On the first floor the living room with open kitchen and dining area is accessible. In this atmospheric room there is a modern kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment, a dining table suitable for 6 people and a seating area with a cozy fireplace and (Dutch) television. Furthermore, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. From the living room you can reach the cozy Naya, followed by the large terrace with BBQ with beautiful sea views. The large terrace with BBQ and Naya are both equipped with cozy outdoor lighting, so these terraces offer every opportunity for a pleasant evening. Furthermore, the entire garden and the swimming pool are illuminated in the evening, which ensures that you can also enjoy the beautiful garden in the evening.

The large swimming pool (10x5m) is surrounded by a sunny terrace with lots of privacy. In addition, the entire house is air-conditioned.

Wonderful stay at Benissa

The house was perfect for us; great pool for the boys to play and swim (5x10m), the beds were very comfortable and everything you need for a real vacation was available in the house ! The seaview was amazing! In the neighbourhood nice restaurants, Moraira is a cosy town and the beaches were heavenly…. In short; we want to go back!

Had an amazing stay at Max & Aggie Villa. I could sit and look the view all day and enjoy the breeze. Very comfortable, modern and clean. Fran was amazing on check in with all her tips and suggestions for places. We all absolutely loved it. The kids loved the pool it was great because at certain times it was in full shade.

Fantastic Villa and Amazing Pool

Such a beautiful villa and area. The villa offers such privacy and the pool is amazing. The kids were in it all the time! So many places to sit and enjoy the outside space. Brilliant area for cooking outside and what a view! We didn’t want to leave!

It is our second visit at the lovely villa with beautifull view to the sea. It is spacious and with many different sunny and shady terasses. The pool is large and is situated so it is private to neigbors. Easy to g’et to the Beach and different supermarkets. Fully recommendable. We will visit again some day. Family Munk

Beautiful holiday

We had a very nice holiday in the villa. Everything was exactly as described in the advertisement. The contact with the Leber was very friendly. We felt very welcome in the villa. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace until late in the evening, enjoying the peace and the view. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Villa for Families or Friends

The Villa is in the middle of Calpe and Moraira so perfect for us. Set in the hills, the views are beautiful and fantastic while eating meals on the terrace. The Pool is great too and surrounded by gardens and various shrubs/hedges. There is a modern feel inside the villa but you still feel you are in an authentic, rustic type villa. The only down side to the villa was the steps - for an elderly couple or young children its a slight issue, but nothing that should prevent you staying here, The service team and the managers were exceptionally prompt in responding and always around to assist,

Great stay in nice house

We stayed 10 days in the house. Everything in the House is renovated, New kitchen, bathroom and rooms. New furnitures and decorations in a modern spanish style. Surroundings with several furnetured terrasses and a very big pool. The House i situated with a great view to the sea, on the top of a little Hill. So a lot steps from parking lot to the House! Max 10 min by car to supermarket and several beaches.

Lovely Villa

This is a lovely villa and so well equipped. Communication with owner and host excellent. The only down side were the steps and steep drive up to the villa - this wasn’t made clear on the description - not with people with limited mobility or small children. There is also no longer a handrail on the pool. Apart from that the villa was perfect - even pool towels were provided! Fran the host also came to our rescue when we needed access and didn’t have the keys with us - other member of party had them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- thank you!

Perfect !

I can't really give another subject for this review. This year was a bit special with Covid and the related restrictions so we were looking for a house with a swimming pool and all the confort that would allow us to stay confined if needed. This was a great success ! The house is exactly as described. Very well equipped with a very nice view. We could enjoy the various terrace. There is always a place to enjoy the sun or to rest a bit in the shadow. The swimming pool is large enough for sport swimming or to play with the family. The surroundings are very quite. If I go back to Moraira, I think I already now where I would stay ! :-)

Haven of peace

We spent wonderful holidays in this house . We loved the seaview and the beautiful garden . We could have a sit in multiple areas outside and it's a great point to enjoy the view. The swimming pool is just amazing and really big but they should improve the cleaning frequency ( the pool was cleaned one time during our stay and not two time per week as announced at our arrival) . The matter is linked to the person who cleaned the swimming pool who is not correct according my point of view. We appreciated the gaz barbecue and outdoor kitchen during our lunchs and dinners. Inside and outside, the house is well furnished . We felt really confortable inside and outside . I recommand this house for your futur holidays. Thank you Aggie and Lex for this summer!

Wir verbrachten eine großartige Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Fantastisch ist der Garten mit seinen Terrassen, so dass sich nach Wunsch immer ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen findet. Der große Pool macht das Anwesen perfekt. Moraira ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich. Auch zahlreiche Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung sind vorhanden. Ein kleiner Tipp: Bei der Beschreibung des Anwesens sollte Erwähnung finden, dass zahlreiche Steinstufen hinauf zu den unterschiedlichen Ebenen des Anwesens führen. Für ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen ist dies eine wertvolle Information. Dank an Agnes und Max.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool ist riesig. Unser Highlight war der Ausblick aufs Meer von der großen Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit den Mietern war sehr nett.Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam, weil wir alles nötige in dem Haus vorfanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Pool, die Aussicht und die Ausstattung waren hervorragend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei und war unkompliziert. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in dem Haus verbringen durften.

De bovenste etage is prachtig gerenoveerd, dit geld helaas niet voor de rest. Het uitzicht is prachtig.De aanwezige apparatuur werkt prima, alleen de WiFi beneden verdieping is te zwak.Ook hadden we veel riool beestjes op de beneden verdieping. Ook moet vermeld worden dat deze locatie voor oudere personen niet erg geschikt is door de vele trappen, zeker als je bedenkt koffers naar boven te sjouwen.

Beautiful villa in a lovely area

The villa is unobtrusively located and fully met our needs. The pool is fantastic and there are several terraces, so it is always possible to find sun/shade during the day. The top terrace, which also has an outdoor kitchen, has a fantastic view of the area and the sea. The top floor is really nicely renovated and has a fully functional kitchen. The owners are very helpful and have responded quickly to questions. The villa is highly recommended.

Alles Top

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich echt wohl . Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto um Supermarkt oder Strand zu erreichen. Pool könnte sauberer sein aber wir haben trotzdem Spaß gehabt und die Zeit genossen.Außer Bereich des Hauses sind viele Treppen . Wir haben aber damit kein problem gehabt nur wenn die Einkäufe nach oben tragen müssten, war es anstrengend. Nachmittags kann man auf dem Balkon sitzen und schönen Anblick genießen und trotz Hochsommer war herrliches Wetter. Wegen Corona und hohe Zahlen in Spanien haben wir entschieden unsere zeit im Haus zu verbringen und dort kann man es machen ohne das Gefühl zu haben, dass die decke auf kopf fällt. Wir werden wieder kommen.
