A quaint waterfront chalet in a quiet wooded neighborhood. This home is in excellent condition with a beautiful view of the White Mountains. 100 ft of sandy beach on Conway's pristine Pequawket Pond gives you access to swimming, boating, fishing, skating and cross country skiing all in your backyard. Beware of fraudulent listings. This property is not listed on Craigslist.

Located at the beginning of the Kancamagus Highway and the White Mountain National Forest, home to Mount Washington. The house is minutes from world-class ski areas including: Wildcat, Bretton Woods, Attitash and Cranmore. Also, this house is only minutes away from numerous hiking trails, world class shopping, and the Swift and Saco Rivers.

Located in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley: This property is located close to everything the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. Great outlet shopping, first-class restaurants and cafes, boutique shopping, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, white water rafting, and numerous hiking and outdoor adventures.

Close to Major Attractions: The chalet is located about ten minutes away from Kahuna Laguna, the brand new indoor 40,000 sq. ft. water park at the Red Jacket Mountain View Resort, as well as the world famous StoryLand.

Ski season rental, Golf buddies trip, Artist retreat: This is an excellent chalet for specialized trips. These are just a few suggestions:
Want to make skiing in the northeast as easy and convenient as if you owned a wonderful chalet like this yourself? Have your skis, board and boots clean and dry, know the route, know what to pack. If so, consider renting for the season or 1/2 the season.
Got the buddies together and looking for challenging courses as well as breathtaking scenery, great food and cold drinks? Consider a week rental or call for a special rate on a two week rental.

He specializes in helping families with educational assessment to design individualized instruction to help his students achieve to their potential. Deborah is a decorative painter who installs specialized paint treatments to homeowners all over the United States. Some of her creativity is on display at the chalet.

Debbie and I bought the chalet because of the myriad activities available on the property and in the Mount Washington Valley. Whether it be swimming and diving in the pristine waters of Pequawket Pond during summer or sledding and cross-country skiing during winter, the house has so much to offer all who have made the chalet a regular vacation spot.
