This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is tastefully decorated with a combination of urban chic and modern comforts. Free & secure parking is available in a gated parking complex. With water views of the Claddagh harbour you will enjoy a relaxing and quiet stay whilst also being a 3 minute walk to the famous Latin Quarter and Shop Street.
All guests must be over the age of 25 years of age unless travelling with family. Under 25s may make an inquiry with us to discuss if this property is suitable for their stay.

Ideal for families, couples, and as a work at home alternative. There is a secure car park nearby and one car space is provided for your stay. If additional parking is needed we can provide information on additional parking complexes within the area.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite equipped with a walk-in rainfall shower. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds.The master bathroom is located on the hallway. There is a washer/dryer combo within the apartment so you can comfortably look after your laundry during your stay.

A refundable security deposit of €200. This will be charged separately and collected 24 hours prior to your arrival and refunded 48 hour after check out.
FOR MONTHLY STAYS:
We will collect a refundable security deposit of €200 plus €200 for monthly utilities.
For stays over 7 days we provide a cleaning service which is charged in addition to the acomodation costs.
PEACE OF MIND
This property uses the Apex Accommodation Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms,kitchens, and major touchpoints like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops,electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of cleaning products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.
**NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY - STRICTLY QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM**.
This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
