**This flat is rented on a seasonal basis, for medium or short stays, but only in accordance with the LAU regulations as ‘use other than as a dwelling’, and rentals for tourist purposes are not permitted; the rental must be for work/personal/family reasons, etc., and the person renting must reside outside Madrid, and of course never make this property their permanent residence (it will be their temporary residence), nor be registered on the census.**

This spacious and bright apartment of 90 m2 has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a bathroom en suite and a 180x190 bed, and the second bedroom has a single bed of 90 x190. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment has been elegantly decorated combining glass windows, high ceilings and vingate floors.

The Velazquez street is located in the majestic Salamanca district, known for its many restaurants and high-level shops, besides the many art galleries and other of the most exclusive spaces of the city.

The location is unbeatable in connections and public transport, which makes the appartment a perfect place for a corporate profile with long-term stays needs, as it is located in a commercial and residential area.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Madrid charmer

Don’t hesitate, book it. Great, safe neighborhood. Easy walking to metro, shopping and great restaurants. Communication and check-in was very easy. They even brought clean towels and cleaned for us 1/2 way through our stay. Would stay again!

A cozy apartment for sure

It was a great place to stay. We loved having a kitchen and a washing machine. The bathrooms were great with excellent water pressure. They had a hairdryer shampoo and body wash available. They cleaned our towels and sheets midway through our one week stay. Maria was wonderful. She was her contact.

Calle Velázquez property

The apartment was just as the pictures show. Very clean. AC and heat worked very well. Great great location. Easy to shop. The ONLY negative part is that it is very noisy. The apartment shares a wall with hair salon so it was noisy. They also had a dog that barked a lot. But overall fantastic. barked

Excellent Salamanca base!

The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building in Salamanca. It is very light and roomy. It was very clean with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great water pressure and hot water. Full kitchen, though we did not use it much. Numerous restaurants, cafes, markets and everything else within easy walking distance. The apartment is only 2 blocks from the nearest Metro stop, and the Madrid Metro system is outstanding! Very inexpensive and easy to use. We stayed for 10 days and would use it again for another visit to Madrid. The only item that would have improved the visit would be 2-3 dishtowels for the kitchen.
