In a secure complex with garden and large swimming pool; splendid apartment with alarm, air-conditioned, new (May 2019) located on the 2nd floor with large terrace "solarium" of 90 m² with solar tent above the apartment.

3 bedrooms 2 shower rooms "Italian", large living room with kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher washing machine, coffee / tea maker ...). Dolce Gusto.
TV Wifi, tumble dryer ...
2 terraces equipped with tables chairs and deckchairs.

2 bedrooms with double bed and fitted wardrobes (one with shower room and double sink) plus a bedroom with 2 single beds and built-in wardrobe.
Near the sea (+ - 7 min by car); restaurants and some small shops 1 km large supermarket Consum 3 km; the commercial complex la Zénia (with all kinds of shops) is 20 km away.
The center of Torrevieja with beach, dike, port, shops and various entertainment is 13 km away.
Alicante airport 30 minutes.

Bath towels and bed sheets provided (no beach / pool towels).
End of stay cleaning to be paid on the spot during the key collection on arrival: 95 €.

Airco deed het niet op de kamer. Dit meteen gemeld de eerste dag van de 9 dagen. Pas de een na laatste dag werd deze gerepareerd door meerdere malen gevraagd te hebben deze te maken. 9 dagen geen tv kunnen bekijken omdat het kastje stuk was. Dit zou geregeld worden maar er is helemaal niks geregeld. Kastje van de poort waar je met de auto door heen kan rijden moest ik elke dag een andere batterijtje in doen omdat het kastje het niet zo goed zou doen. Bestel gewoon een nieuwe!!De beheerder probeerde wel zijn best te doen daar lag het niet aan maar de eigenaren zelf wilden niks oplossen. Jammer genoeg. Locatie is top en het appartementencomplex is super mooi en netjes.
