On the ground floor we find another bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace.

On this floor there is a bathroom with shower, fully equipped independent kitchen, with induction hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, water heater, fridge with freezer, toaster and blender.

Dining room and living room with access to the terrace.



The house features a terrace with a dining area, for the exclusive use of guests of this accommodation, which opens onto the communal garden.



The garden has a swimming pool that is also for communal use and has a depth range of 0.5m - 2.0m. During the dates 01.10.-31.05. the pool is heated.



The house has a private car park for 4 vehicles.



When booking, towels and sheets are offered and final cleaning is included.
