The house features a terrace with a dining area, for the exclusive use of guests of this accommodation, which opens onto the communal garden.
The garden has a swimming pool that is also for communal use and has a depth range of 0.5m - 2.0m. During the dates 01.10.-31.05. the pool is heated.

Clean modern and spacious house. Things we loved: Great location. Access to promenade and beach on the doorstep. Great views of the beach and dunes. Off-street parking
We had an excellent experience. The winning property is aesthetically pleasing, meticulously maintained, and impeccably clean. Its prime location offers convenient access, and ample parking is available on-site should it be required. Taxis are readily accessible, and the property is strategically situated at an optimal distance from the bustling activity, particularly when considering proximity to the Yummo venue.
We travelled as a family with four adults and three teenagers. The villa was very spacious and provided ample accommodation with a shared pool.
The villa is an excellent situation on the beachfront and all manner of restaurants within walking distance.
I spent a month at the villa celebrating a big birthday and Christmas. It’s very spacious, with great social areas and a lovely terrace. The location is superb and you can access the boardwalk directly. Yumbo is a 15-min walk. All communication with the owner and agency were great.
