Perfect to see and hear the birds and parrots of Cozumel.
Only 330 meters. from the El Palmar reef where you can dive and snorkel from the beach and 1 km from the Chankanaab Park.
At 50 meters there is restaurant and zip line at 100mts.
Only 10 min. From the center.
It has a room upstairs with a balcony and a Queen bed, downstairs 2 Sofa beds ideal for a children's bed. It has its own backyard for pets

It was a pleasure to stay at Alfredo's lovely place. It's a special house in middle of the nature. The only (little) negative detail: During day time the main street can be noisy.

Wonderful Property

This little place is an absolute dream. It’s located right off the main road so it’s easy access but it’s far enough out of the downtown area to be really quiet. All we could hear were the birds and other wildlife. The property is slightly different than the pictures, the washer and dryer are in a separate building now, but still usable. The garden area off the back has changed a little too. But it was so peaceful there and the owner was great. Everything worked and bed was comfortable. We had a great time and will come back.

It was just as advertised and more. The bird watching was so fun. Who knew Wood Peckers were so cool

I was looking for a clean, contemporary, and a little bit of a minimalist atmosphere, that is exactly what I got. We loved this lovely house. The property is enclosed, with a gate, easy entry and exit. Great Restaurants and Dive companies near by. Far enough out of town to be comfortable, yet near enough to run to the grocery stores. The owner and his daughters were absolutely delightful as was the gardener. There is a third property in the planning, I am so looking forward to seeing this space in the future.
