Within a 15-45 minute radius are stunning villages such as La Roque Gageac, Domme, Beynac, Castelnauld, Les Eyzies, many stunning medieval chateaux, world famous prehistoric caves (including Lascaux), Troglodyte villages, balloon flights, horse riding, canoeing, fishing, swimming, golf, paintball, clay pigeon shooting, parkour, superb restaurants, boat trips, medieval villages, day & night markets, stylish shopping and stunning gardens / attractions to visit.

About the host

Having spent 5 years Overlanding around Africa, camping in our Land Rover, we decided not to return to live in the UK but to settle in this most beautiful part of France.

Why they chose this property

We looked at hundreds of properties throughout the region - some very grand, some very humble. From the moment we first viewed La Domaine du Champ Bas nothing else compared. The properties are comfortable, simple and charming. The region is simply beautiful, the landscape is wonderful and the people are friendly.

What makes this property unique

This is the place to get away from the rat-race. We can accommodate large family groups but allow each to have some privacy. You can unwind in a beautiful rural location within a stone’s throw of some of the most fabulous locations, attractions and activities in France.
