Set in a 35 hectares of parklang and forests, located near the top of a hill, you will enjoy absolute peacefulness, a great view and a large swiming pool (15 meters x 6 meters). This charming and confortable mansion is ideal for two families and up to 16 guests.


The mansion is in the center of Perigard Noir, 5 km from the village of Les Eyzies known for its prehistory national museum and its famous caves. It is perfectly located to visit the great sites of Dordogne. There is a kitchen garden mainly with tomatoes and redcurrant.
