The property is located in the the tony and historic area of Bridgehampton, NY, home of the Hamptons Classic Horse Show. It is one mile from the village and a bike ride away from spectacular beaches. The interior is beautifully decorated in a mixture of contemporary furniture and art combined with a cozy style. It includes five bedrooms, [ three upstairs, two down] with a master suite on each floor, four baths, living room with fireplace, and double-height ceilings, dining room and kitchen with all state of the art appliances and fully equipped.Large washer and dryer are located on the first floor. Lush landscape surrounds a recently renovated heated pool and terrace with some 8 teak lounges, side tables and teak storage box. There are many pool toys including floats, noodles, chairs and basket ball hoop The back deck runs the full length of the house, with a large outdoor teak dining table and a a smaller teak seating area off the master bedroom. The property includes a spacious front lawn and a large fenced in backyard. The house has central air conditioning.

Each bedroom is equipped with new Italian Sferra linens and Serena & Lilly towels. Duvets are all top quality.

Wonderful house for family

Amazing space for our family and especially on our daughters wedding day as we all got dressed together. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are great. Plenty of towels and kitchen is well equipped with serving platters etc. Outdoor space is big and comfortable. The pool was a perfect temperature and enjoyed hanging out many nights in the multiple seating areas. Air conditioning was essential for August and also nice for sleeping.

Fantastic location. Light area house, great pool and garden. Plenty of space.

We had a great holiday. Family of 6. Very comfortable. Great rooms. Light and airy. Wonderful pool and garden and swift response to any enquiries. Would recommend more kitchen equipment , proper coffee machine, kitchen knives, chopping boards, big bowls, and new fresh sheets just to make it a tip top rental. Lovely owner, available to contact and sort any problems easily. Each bedroom is a decent size and comfortable. Pillows could be updated. It’s the small things that could make it unique and fresh. Overall a great experience.
