Located on the world famous Ali’i Drive. Sleep to the sound of ocean waves from the master bedroom. Kitchen, living room and master bedroom all have Stunning Ocean Views. Large private Lanai overlooks Tidal Pools and Surf Break. Enjoy a continual display of Year-round Sunsets, Sun-basking Turtles, Dolphin Pods, and Breaching Whales when in season. Central Location within the complex on the second floor. Elevator is available for your convenience. Fully equipped Kitchen with Breakfast Bar, including full sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic-top oven, microwave, and coffee-maker. Unit includes HDTV and High-Speed Internet (Wi-Fi). Lawn Area separates the complex from the ocean. Barbeque Facilities and Picnic Tables overlook the incoming waves. From the lanai, you can watch surfers at the popular Banyans Surf Area. The complex also offers a newly renovated Courtyard Swimming Pool with Hot Tub and a Formal Entrance Lobby with Check-in Desk. Kona Bali Kai is a Popular Vacation Rental complex located directly on the Ironman World Championship run course. Centrally located between Kailua-Kona to the north and Keauhou to the south, it is close to Restaurants, Shopping, Theatres, Golf, and Fishing. Approximately 20 minute drive from Kona International Airport. An Outdoor Farmer's market and a Mini-market Deli & Liquor Store are within Walking Distance to the north. Beautiful spot directly on the ocean

We enjoyed our stay at this Kona Bali Kai condo. The view from the lanai is amazing & the ocean breezes & sounds of the surf fill the whole unit in the best way. The accommodations were comfortable & clean, and the owner was very responsive to any questions that came up. We would highly recommend this rental condo.

Great stay , condo as advertised. As some have mentioned, little bit dated but great location. Only negative is the carpet in the bedroom, needs to be replaced. Mahalo

This place is great!

This place has an astounding view of a set of tidepools that always had turtles! It had a very well stocked kitchen and was exactly what we needed. The poke was out of this world. We initially didn’t get the check in code from VRBO and were checking in very late and Bill answered the phone at 3am his time to get us the code! He gave us excellent suggestions for things to do!

Gorgeous View!

The location is good, a little out of town but not too far away from everything. The view is excellent with sea turtles in the tide pool just below the condo. The bed is very comfortable. None of the grills work, which we were bummed about because we don't really like to eat out much. The condo is older not a lot of updates. The glass louvers in the kitchen are rusted shut, would have been nice for better airflow since there is no air conditioner. The pool is nice and clean. All in all, we had a nice time, the view is definitely the highlight.

Hawaii amazing vacation

If you come across this place when looking for just the right place to stay on the big island, stop! This place is amazing! Great views, clean, so convenient to everything and the host so helpful!! We took advantage of the beach stuff left for us to use. We will definitely look for this place when we come back
