This is an amazing property. I have been to Kona many times and this is by far the best. Free parking and centrally located. Communication with the host was excellent.. one thing to note the room seems to be a black hole for AT&T cell service but with the Wi-Fi it was a non-issue.Photos from the listing are 100% accurate.

Unbeatable view, right in Kona town. The lanai served as our primary living space- wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sound of the surf and watch the surfers. Just a few minutes walk and you're in the heart of Kona. The complex has a nice pool and hot tub, as well as grill area. The unit itself was clean and comfortable; simply stocked with the basics. A more robust supply of dishes would've been nice (especially more beverage glasses). Overall a great spot!

The room we stayed in was clean and had a cozy, home-like feeling. The living room, kitchen, and bedroom were all very clean and well maintained. The thing we loved most was the beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The property was well maintained, with parking that was easily accessible from the main road. It was also just a five-minute walk to the main town, where we found plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The host communicated clearly via text and through the app regarding the rules and expectations. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this property!

This is a very clean and tidy condo. It has just enough of everything we needed. The view is gorgeous. We enjoyed watching surfers and the evening sunsets. It's an easy walk into town. We would definitely stay here again.

A great location in walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The bedroom is quite bright at night due to lights outside, so we needed sleep masks to sleep. The view from the lanai is beautiful and you can watch the sunset from it.

The condo was nice, but the view of the ocean from the lanai off the living room made it truly special. Having a drink while watching the sunset over the water was absolutely wonderful. Easy walk to everything. Very nice place. Would rent again.

Right on the water

Great location right at the waters edge. We spent late afternoon watching the surfers from the patio. Easy walk to the restaurants and bars in Kona. We enjoyed eating dinner on the patio which is good sized.
