The 8 bedrooms each have their own bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, natural Marie-Stella-Maris care products, bathrobes, towels, professional hair dryer, mirror heating. The rooms have king-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, large cupboards, a safe and a Nespresso machine. Four bedrooms are located on the patio, the other 4 rooms are located on the first floor, 2 with a private terrace.

There is a large heated swimming pool with around double and some luxury sun beds. The swimming pool water is equipped with a modern salt-based system which ensures a soft skin-friendly water feeling. In the garden, 6 lounge areas are housed in 2 pergolas and covered terraces, one with a fireplace and television. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ and fridge.

The Adelante House has a large lounge and dining area, modern kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 large refrigerators, 2 freezer cabinets and a separate Liebher wine cabinet.
On the ground floor there are two communal toilets, one of which is wheelchair accessible.
