Enter up a set of stairs to the spacious great room and living area where the fireplace, seating area and fully equipped kitchen await your group. Relax in front of the fireplace after a full day of adventures, whether it was hiking, skiing, or shopping. The second level features a king bedroom with en suite bathroom featuring a separate tub and shower. You'll find two more bedrooms as you progress up the stairs, another king bed, followed by an open loft room with captain's bunks (twin over full). The second full bathroom also features the unit's washer and dryer for your convenience. Long Ski Weekend

GREAT location - literally 1 min walk (in ski boots) to Lift 7, and 3 minute walk to the beginning of the downtown attractions. Cozy condo with everything we needed. Super responsive property manager. Had one issue with leaking bathroom sink pipe; was fixed almost immediately.

Great property - convenient to all of Telluride’s treasures, steam showers are an added delight, comfortable beds and snuggly fireplace. There’s only 1 parking spot, but the team was very helpful getting us an extra town park pass.

Close to Lifts

Perfect location. Walk to downtown and shops and restaurants. Close to chair 7 and Gondola. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks Telluride! We will be back!!!

We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the bar back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we may have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone!

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars & marijuana (someone always smells it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
