Not far from Umag is located a complex of urban luxury villas, with its unique name - Villa Vilanija. All 5 villas are located in the centre of a small peaceful village called Vilanija and each has its own private parking, swimming pool and a garden. All of the villas are located close to each other but yet, each of them has a guaranteed private territory surrounded by natural green fence.

In case our guests decide to spend their vacation in large groups, Villa Vilanija is an ideal place as all the Villas are located close to each other within a privatised complex, however all of the villas are enclosed with natural green fence, so that our guests can stay close to each other, yet still have their privacy.

All Villas consist of ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a fully stocked indoor kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a covered terrace and a BBQ fireplace in the garden. The first floor offers other bedrooms and bathrooms and an open terrace overlooking the sea.
The houses are very comfortable and modern, offering quality interior and exterior furniture, so your holiday in this beautiful surroundings will be very pleasant and promising.

A few-minute ride by car will allow you to get to the centre of Umag, where you will find many cultural, entertainment and sport facilities.
Umag is famous for ATP tennis tournament which is being held every year in July since 1990, so you can also come watch your favourite tennis players and enjoy playing tennis by yourself. Moreover, our guests will be able to swim in the sandy and pebble beaches only 4 kilometres away from the Villas.
Only 10 kilometres away from Villa Vilanija our guests will be able to find Golf Club Adriatic to enjoy their time at an exquisite game.

Our guests are welcomed to taste Mediterranean Istrian cuisine 1,5 kilometres away from the Villas. Restaurants: Nono, Melon and Busčina will allow you experiencing delightful taste of Croatia.
We recommend to explore Istria and its medieval town Motovun that is known for film and jazz festivals, and many other fun activities, as well as coastal areas with an abundance of cultural and historical events.

Hunting and fishing can be organised upon the request of our guests.
If desired, the owner can arrange transfer from the airport, as well as catering or a great chef surcharge.

Schönes Haus in schöner Anlage

Im großen und ganzen alles gut. Von Kleinigkeiten, wie Geschirrmangel, Dachplatten auf dem Gelände und etwas schwache Klimaanlage für Oben ist abzusehen. Besonders gut waren saubere und schöne Betten. Möbel in den Schlafzimmern auch schön. Im Wohnzimmer und draußen nicht die neuste, aber sauber on völlig OK. Bad/WC sehr gut. Nette Hausdame Alexandra. Von der Agentur gab's keinerlei Kontakt außer Bestätigung der Buchung, aber Check-in hat trotzdem wunderbar funktioniert. Wir hatten schöne Zeit dort. Danke. P. S. BITTE MEHR KOCH- UND ESSGESCHIRR.

verdient nicht die Einstufung Luxury Villas

Bei unserer Ankunft war einiges nicht entspr. der Bezeichnung luxury Villas und vor allem dem Preis in der Hochsaison nicht angemessen. Im Haus fehlten Fön und Toaster, die Küchenausstattung war für mögliche 8 Personen eher sparsam. Es gab nur 1 Dessertschälchen. Für acht mögl. Personen gab es zwei kleine Glasschüsseln, also wer gern viel kocht im Ferienhaus muss schon etwas improvisieren. Im unteren Bad war die Glasabtrennung der Wanne/Dusche nur noch halb vorhanden, so dass nach dem Duschen das ganze Bad nass war. Dicke Spinnengewebe und tote Fliegen hinter der Fensterläden beim Öffnen unangenehm. Draußen fanden wir einen Sonnenschirm vor, dessen Speichen zum Teil gebrochen waren, und der Schirmständer hatte ein Loch, so dass das Wasser auslief und der Schirm beim kleinsten Windstoß umfiel. Einen neuen Schirmständer erhielten wir am nächsten Tag, einen weniger defekten Schirm auch. Einen intakten Schirm hätten wir uns gewünscht, damit auch zwei Leute darunter Schatten finden, was aber während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geklappt hat. Leider gehört zum Haus generell nur dieser eine Sonnenschirm, was schon für uns zu viert zu wenig war, da die Terrasse und der Garten den ganzen Tag volle Sonne hatte. Wer also im Hochsommer Schatten benötigt, sollte sich lieber ein anderes Anwesen suchen. Wir bekamen nach 10 Tagen einen zweiten kleinen Sonnenschirm aus Kulanz, da allerdings der Ständer zu klein war, fiel er bei Wind schnell um. Der Pool war schön groß und überall ca. 1,40 m tief, für uns ideal, aber aus meiner Sicht ungeeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Die Fotos von den Zimmern stimmten weitestgehend mit der Realität überein. Ich empfehle jedoch noch zusätzlich die homepage der villas Vilanija, da Sie dort die Möblierungen der einzelnen Häuser sehen können. Bei fewo direkt sind die Fotos aller Villen gezeigt, so dass Sie nicht sehen können, welche Möblierung zu dem angebotenen Haus gehört.Die Auflagen von Stühlen und Liegen waren sehr abgenutzt und schmuddelig, wie auch die Vorhänge an der Terrasse. Einer der beiden Tische war sehr wackelig und musste festgeschraubt werden. Es gab eine im Flur angebrachte Klimaanlage, die für das ganze Haus zuständig war. Falls man also im Sommer nachts gern kühl schlafen wollte, war es angebracht, die Türen offen zu lassen, was ja bei einer Familie unproblematisch ist. Alles in allem geben wir nur 2-3 Sterne, weil die vielen Kleinigkeiten und der Umgang mit Reklam. nicht zum hohen Preis passte.

Had a great family holiday at this place!

The villa was very clean and nicely looking! A good place to come with 2 families! There was an aqua park nearby, was very convenient. Will definitely come again.
