Welcome to Villa Petar, a detached, modernly built house with 3 bedrooms and a swimming pool. This beautiful property is located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside, making it ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.
Villa Petar can accommodate up to 8 persons and is spread over the ground floor. Guests have access to a cosy living room with a dining table, sofa bed for 2 persons, and SAT TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and 1 with 2 single beds. The house features 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Free WiFi and air conditioning are also included.
The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and a BBQ, and next to the pool, there is a terrace with a dining table. Private parking is available on-site. Children can enjoy the trampoline provided for their entertainment.

The Villa Peter is located in the peaceful village Buroli. The location of the villa is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful vacation but still wish to do some sightseeing and visit many of the beautiful beaches nearby.
The nearest beach, Lovrecica, is only 6 kilometers away, and the Camping Resort Kamp Umag is reachable in a 10-minute drive from the villa.
Take a short stroll to the city Buje, known for its Historical Part, with Buje's Old Town characterized by its old stone houses, narrow streets, and historical landmarks. Step into history by exploring the 16th-century Venetian-era Church of Mother of Mercy and Buje Gate, offering panoramic views of the town. The San Servolo Beer is only 6 kilometers away.
Just a short drive from Buje, you can visit two remarkable Istrian towns, Grožnjan and Motovun. Known for its artists, galleries, and jazz festival, Grožnjan exudes a bohemian vibe, while Motovun is famous for its Film Festival and enchanting truffle-rich forests.
The region offers various cycling and walking trails through beautiful vineyards, olive groves, and untouched nature. The renowned Parencana bike route passes through Buje, linking the town directly with Italy.

Wir sind begeistert von diesem Teil Istriens, wir konnten viel sehen und trotzdem bei Bedarf in absoluter Privatsphäre sein.
