This charming hamlet, surrounded by picturesque countryside, features four detached houses. Two of the houses, I Lecci and La Pieve, are located in a little square, while La Torre and La Corte are situated in a separate building, which is separated from the rest by a central courtyard exclusive to La Corte (I5269.951.5). The furnishings and equipment in all the houses are well-kept to ensure maximum comfort.

The cosy holiday development, known as Borgo, is perfect for families with children. It is surrounded by vineyards and boasts four houses in total. The development is located 8 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 32 km from the centre of Firenze, and 55 km from the centre of Siena. Guests can enjoy shared use of a 6 x 14 m swimming pool (depth 80 - 220 cm), which is available seasonally from 30 April to 1 October. Barbecue facilities are also available.

Borgo also offers internet access and WiFi, making it easy to stay connected. Heating is available but must be paid for on-site between 1 November and 15 April. Room cleaning services are available on request for an additional fee. Parking is available on the premises, and guests have easy access to nearby attractions such as Panzano in Chianti, Radda in Chianti, San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Gaiole in Chianti, and San Gimignano. For the second week's supply, the cost of bed linen and towels is 12 euro per person (on request). The property is equipped with a video surveillance system with cameras for added security.

The large living/sleeping room is equipped with 1 double sofabed (130 cm) and a satellite TV (flat screen). The room has an exit to the garden, which is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The house has 1 room with 1 French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) on the ground floor. The kitchen is also located on the ground floor and is equipped with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, and a microwave. There is also an exit to the garden from the kitchen. A bath/bidet/WC is also available on the ground floor.

The upper floor features 1 room with 1 French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and 1 double bedroom (160 cm, length 190 cm). A bath/bidet/WC is also available on the upper floor. The garden has terrace furniture and a portable barbecue, making it a perfect place to enjoy meals outdoors while taking in the partial panoramic view of the valley.

The house is equipped with a washing machine and safe. Internet (WiFi, free) is also available, making it ideal for families. One pet/dog is allowed. The kitchen has 4 electric hot plates, and laundry facilities are available on the lower ground floor.
