On entering the apartment, you find yourself in a light and wide hallway leading to the living area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. One bedroom boasts an en suite shower room. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with sliding mirrored doors and windows to the front communal garden.
The living area is open planned with defined seating and dining spaces and stunning modern kitchen, grey leather sofa, a leather chair, side tables, wide screened TV and dining table with 4 leather chairs, but it's the wide wall of glass and French doors leading to the balcony and view that takes the eye. The outlook is fabulous, river, marina and shoreline are all visible from the wide balcony and a perfect place to sit and enjoy the vista.
