Spent a few days in Falmouth with friends and the apartment was perfect. Great amenities and location. Beds were super comfortable and the hosts were fantastic. Loved having the laundry available. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Falmouth.

A perfect property in a perfect location. Easy walk to the waterfront, beach, and city center. And easy access in and out of Falmouth to explore the rest of Cornwall. Hope to come back one day! Hosts are great!

Lovely accommodation and great location

I booked 2 apartments for a family wedding and both were superb. The style, cleanliness, space and views were exceptional and both apartments had everything we needed - comfy beds, good showers, plenty of outdoor areas, including balconies with sea views and helpful, friendly and efficient communications from Sharon and Nigel, the owners.

All the facilities you could want in a spacious apartment close to the sea in Falmouth. Great location with a co-op in walking distance and not far from good shops and restaurants

Wonderful family vacation at the Chelsea House.

We had a very relaxing family vacation at the Chelsea House. It‘s located very well and is having a positive atmosphere, which is created by the very friendly hosts Sharon & Nigel. The Elton John & Friends apartment is well-equipped and offers great views. The center of Falmouth is within walking distance.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The appliances all new. We found the settee and chairs a bit uncomfortable but it didn't spoil our stay. The beds were very comfortable.

The perfect time in a very comfortable holiday apartment!

The apartment was beautifully furnished and very clean. It was very quiet, and the very comfortable beds rounded off the restful stay. Sharon and Nigel were very attentive and very friendly. The apartment provides detailed information about the house and the beautyful surrounding area, along with great tips.

Exceptional place, great G Plan vibe, terrific views.

Spacious and beautifully furnished with a generous bay window (in Elton John) overlooking Falmouth bay and Pendennis Castle. The kitchen has everything you need too, plus comfy beds and it's warm. Friendly, communicative owners. Would definitely return.

It was truly amazing

Everything was perfect. It was the best condo we have ever rented. Very stylish, very clean and the kitchen was more than complete. The location is quiet and near by the sea. We will come back.

It was marvellous! In all aspects the apartment exceeded our expectations.

Lovely view, the welcome package (which included a few treats), the sheer quality and thought that has obviously gone into the design and layout of the apartment. You don't spend much time in them, but the bathrooms were a little snug.
