Le Grotte Cottage

At about 20 meters from the sea this elegant and independent apartment for up to 4 guests is located inside a villa on the sea in the Gulf ‘delle Grotte’. The apartment is surrounded by greenery and has a large shaded furnished terrace and a wisteria pergola equipped with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor holidays in complete relaxation.



A large and bright veranda leads directly to the living room with its well-equipped kitchenette. In the living room, with air conditioning, there is also the sofa bed, a table with chairs and a TV corner. From here you have also access to a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.



Guests have also the possibility of using the 13x6 pool of the manor house (in common with the owners).

The house overlooks the Gulf ‘delle Grotte’ and offers a fantastic view of the suggestive panorama of Portoferraio and its Medici Fortresses. A few steps away is the archaeological site of an ancient Roman villa. From the nearby little beach a pier allows the mooring of small boats.



The apartment offers a taken care of and elegant interior design and furnishing. Access times to the pool are: in the morning from 09.00 to 13.00 and in the afternoon from 16.00 to 19.30.



Portoferraio with its port, the Calata, restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques, markets, summer events is less than 10 minutes away by car. But also famous villages of the island of Elba such as Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro can be reached in less than 20 minutes (10 km). The long sandy beaches of Biodola and Procchio are 9 km away.



The Villa is ideal for families, or a group of friends, who love the sea and the comfort and outdoor life during the holidays.



The rental price includes consumption, bed linen and towels with weekly change, final cleaning. On arrival, a deposit of € 250 is required.
