Nice Place near Great Beach

Great place for couples with up to four children in walking distance to one of the best beaches on ELBA. The kitchen/Living room is spacious enough and the outdoor area and garden are great for the kids. The place was generally practical and had almost everything needed, even an iron & ironboard was provided, which we needed. ;) For sleeping there is one double bed only and 4 individual beds, plus one bed for a child in the master bedroom. (This should be in the description) Communication was very good in English. At the end of the season some things need repair or refurbishing so that this place does not come across "overly used", becoming a little 'old'. It was clean, though. WLAN would of course also be nice in these days... Still, we enjoyed this place, the nearness to Porteferraio and the beach with restaurants & snackbar, etc. Just don't expect perfection but love Ars Vivendi. ;))

Consigliatissimo.

L'APPARTAMENTO E' IN UNA POSIZIONE OTTIMA E SE UNO VUOLE IN 10' ARRIVA ALLE SPIAGGE DI SCAGLIERI O FORNO. SONO PICCOLE MA UN POSTICINO SI TROVA. L'APPARTAMENTO HA UNA SOLA CAMERA EFFETTIVA, GRANDE CON LETTO MATRIMONIALE E 1 LETTINO. LE ALTRE 2 CAMERE SONO PENALIZZATE DAL CORRIDOIO CHE COLLEGA IL SOGGIORNO-CUCINA ALLA CAMERA GRANDE QUINDI SUBISCONO IL PASSAGGIO E NON POSSONO CONSIDERSI TALI ANCHE PER LA DIMENSIONE RIDOTTISSIMA, CI STANNO I 2 LETTI E POCO PIU'. I 2 BAGNI NON HANNO FINESTRA MA ASPIRATORI. LA TETTOIA/VERANDA SUL LATO SOGGIORNO E' COMODA LA MATTINA MA NON IL POMERIGGIO E SERA, TROPPO SOLE. GLI ARREDI SONO UN PO' DATATI, MANCANO LUCI E COMODINI. L'ASSENZA DI BIANCHERIA PENALIZZA. L’ESTERNO E’ BELLO.

A lovely family holiday in Alberto's property. There was plenty of room for the four of us, and the beautiful garden made it feel even more spacious. The outdoor eating areas made for delightful al fresco dining, and we enjoyed the use of the BBQ. The position of the house couldn't have been better - in a very quiet area, just a short walk to the sandy beach of Scaglieri, but also an easy drive to reach the white beaches of Padulella, Sansone, Capo Bianco for when we wanted to explore a little further. Alberto was very welcoming and full of information and recommendations about the local area. Highly recommended!

Fantastico, come sempre

Nette Wohnung in toller Lage!
