The house is simple but the view and the direct location at the cove of Portoferraio is absolutely amazing. Contact with the owner is super easy and very reliable. We will definitely come back!

Great house, great view

One of the best holiday locations you can imagine. Fully equipped house, fantastic view, best place to start your tripps around the island. Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri to reach in under 15 minutes. Thanks to Barbara, even though we did not meet personally, for all the info and help you gave.

Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig und näher am Meer geht nicht! Ina war immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt, falls man mehrere Schlafzimmer nutzt: durch die Nähe zum Wasser sind die Wände der beiden Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss feucht und der Putz blättert ab.

Wir haben Anfang September als Familie eine Urlaubswoche in Emanueles Haus verbracht. Der Check In mit Ina hat wunderbar geklappt, aufgrund des stürmischen Wetters, hat sie uns sogar eine frühere Ankunft angeboten. Für Fragen stand sie uns auch während der Woche gerne zur Verfügung. Innen ist das Haus eher rustikal, aber sauber und geräumig und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Unser absolutes Highlight war die unglaublich schöne Terrasse! Sie ist schön groß, daher haben wir je nach Tageszeit den Essplatz an unterschiedlichen Plätzen eingerichet. Die Hängematte unter den Bäumen war der absolute Lieblingsplatz unseres Sohnes. Auch das Doppelkayak vor Ort haben wir zum Erkunden der Bucht lieben gelernt. Der Blick auf Portoferraio ist wunderschön, vor allem nachts. Die Nähe zu Tauch- oder Segelmöglichkeiten in Magazzini, aber auch für Ausflüge nach Porto Azzuro, Portoferraio oder Capoliveri ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir waren von der Ruhe und der absoluten Nähe zum Meer total begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

Es ist ein sehr nettes Häuschen, mit einer tollen Terrasse und wunderschönem Ausblick auf Portoferraio. Die vorhandenen 2 Bialetti konnten wir nicht verwenden, da sie innen total verdreckt waren. Im oberen Schlafzimmer sehr viele Spinnen und Staub, also nicht sehr sauber. Bei der Ankunft waren noch die Rückstände der Intimrasur von den Vorgängern in der oberen Dusche; diese Dusche sollte vielleicht auch mal erneuert werden, da die Duschwanne voller Sprünge ist, und nach dem Duschen das ganze Bad unter Wasser steht, auch ist in der Dusche viel Schimmel. Ameiseninvasion in der Küche! Es wäre ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wenn mehr wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt werden würde und weichere Matratzen!

Super Blick in die Bucht von Portoferraio

Der Weg von der Fähre zum Haus ist kurz und unproblematisch. Das Haus ist insgesamt in gutem Zustand, gut ausgestattet und hat eine große Terrasse mit der Möglichkeit draußen zu essen oder auch nur in der Sonne zu liegen. Sehr schön!!!

Traumhaft schön

Das Anwesen ist wirklich ein Schmuckstück,sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt!Und: Näher kann man dem Meer nicht sein. Einfach traumhaft! Toll ist auch die Spül-und Waschmaschine und die Möglichkeit, das SUP und ein Doppelkajak zu nutzen. Vielen Dank Emanuele und auch Ina und Nedo. Die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert und wir haben bei Fragen und Problemchen immer gleich Rückmeldung und Unterstützung bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Dippelkajak zu nutzen.

Erholsame drei Wochen

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf Portoferraio und Meer fantastisch. Gut gelegen um die Insel zu erkunden, viele Wanderwege, gut bezeichnet.. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank gross mit sep.Gefrierfach. Froh waren wir um den Holzofen in der Küche, da es am Abend oder bei Wind doch noch kühl war und das Haus nicht isoliert . Trockenes Holz liegt genug in den Wäldern, Ende März keine Möglichkeit mehr um welches zu kaufen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Das Haus am Meer

Ein wunderbarer Ort, den ich jederzeit wieder besuchen würde. Näher kann man dem Meer nicht sein! Das Haus ist rustikal, einfach, hat Charm aus vergangenen Zeiten, ist dennoch gepflegt und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Barbara, die Hausverwalterin, war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns gut instruiert und viele tolle Tips für den Aufenthalt auf der Insel gegeben. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Absolut traumhaftes Häuschen in toller Umgebung!

Problemloser Check in und super Betreuung durch Barbara, danke nochmal! Sehr schönes altes kleines Haus direkt am Meer, daher auch etwas mitgenommen durch das Salzwasser, aber alles gut in Schuss und gut ausgestattet, man kann direkt über die Terrasse über ein paar Felsbrocken ins Meer, tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht von Portoferraio und gute sehr ruhige Lage mit allem was man braucht in der Nähe, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wie nach Hause kommen

Wir konnten tatsächlich dieses wunderbare Haus ein zweites Mal genießen! Vor zwei Jahren schon verbrachten wir Pfingsten hier - und nun dieses Jahr wieder. Und wieder konnten wir uns an dem Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer und Portoferraio nicht sattsehen! Es war genauso wunderschön wie beim ersten Mal. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung ist einfach herrlich! Und das neue Bad ist sehr schön geworden! Der Empfang durch Barbara war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns bestens betreut gefühlt. Elbas Strände sind so schön wie eh und je und „La Curva“ war für einen Kaffee, Aperitif oder auch ein Abendessen sehr beliebt! Es fühlte sich wirklich an wie nach Hause kommen und wir träumen jetzt schon vom nächsten Mal! Herzlichen Dank!
