A thoughtfully converted three-bedroom barn conversion, near wonderful beaches.

A wonderful barn conversion sleeping six guests, with oak doors and slade window sills, Sunnyside Barn is centrally located in the charming Hamlet of Penstraze and is ideally located for access to the wonderful beaches, eateries and watersports on offer in this beautiful region of Cornwall.

With an open-plan ground floor, the sitting room boasts a 50 inch Smart television and cosy wood burning stove, whilst the modern kitchen with breakfast bar and island is well-equipped with a dishwasher and fridge freezer with the added bonus of a separate utility room where you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer to keep on top of any sandy beachwear during your holiday.

Two of the three bedrooms are also on the ground floor, both of them with en-suite shower rooms and Smart televisions. The impressive master bedroom suite is located upstairs and has a super-king size bed, Smart television/DVD player and spacious en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower cubicle, complete with Bluetooth connected mirror.

The enclosed patio garden provides garden furniture and a barbecue along with a very useful surf store where you are welcome to store your surf boards, bicycles and all manner of beach paraphernalia.

Absolutely lovely property
One of the best properties we've stayed in. Excellent facilities, good WiFi, exceptionally clean and comfortable beds. All bedrooms had TVs and lounge TV had apps to access netflix and amazon. Ross (the owner) checked everything was fine when we arrived but still afforded us privacy throughout our stay. The only downside was the weather - a little cloudy and dull on a few days. Also, due to covid restrictions still, it was difficult to eat in restaurants without planning it.

Perfect family holiday!
The barn is finished to a high standard and very comfortable! Great to have 3 en-suite rooms, all a good size with smart TVs! Location is great for exploring Cornwall, and nearest beach is around 10 minute drive away. Overall we had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Only negative is the lane to access the property is very narrow and bumpy! It was very overgrown and difficult to get our wide car down without scratching it. Also would like to add that the photo showing the grass area is a little misleading. This is actually not part of this property and the outside area for this property is a gravel driveway and the patio area shown in the other photos.
