Casa Capri, for 4 people with shared swimming pool and access to the beach
Holiday home for 4 people with sea view, shared swimming pool and access to the beach a few km from Tropea.
This independent villa is in a private residential complex with several other holiday homes. High quality material was used to build it and and it is warm, welcoming and furnished with beautiful wooden furniture. It has all modern amenities so our guests can relax during their holiday.
The house consists of a main building (70 m²) with dining room with sea view, an open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a guest house (16 m²) with private entrance, a double bedroom and a bathroom (bookable on request at an extra cost).Casa Capri has a wonderful private terrace which has a built in barbecue and a beautiful view of Capo Vaticano's blue sea. It is an ideal place to have breakfast or a drink in the evening.
In the compound's garden, one can find many different Mediterranean plants and enjoy amazing views. There is also a private path (400 steps) that leads to one of the most beautiful bays in southern Italy. This beach is only accessible via this private path which only the guests in the complex can use or by sea. One can also take a refreshing swim in the swimming pool, shared with the other guests in the compound which has 6 holiday houses/apartments.
Casa Capri is ideal for a family or a few couples who want a relaxing holiday.

Relaxen an Traumküste
Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in Traumlage. Wunderschöne Badebucht nur für die Ferienhausanlage, kombiniert mit Sportprogramm (ca. 450 Stufen runter und auch wieder hoch). Für Bewegungsfaule auch schöner Pool ca. 50 Meter vom Haus. Restaurants und Supermarkt in gut erreichbarer Nähe (eigenes Auto oder Mietwagen aber unbedingt empfehlenswert).
