Comfortable apartment with good views, ideal for families, in the center of Barcelona.
The building has a large shared terrace where you can relax and disconnect after your city tours, with magnificent views of the Ciutadella Park and Barcelona.

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms and a separate kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, heating, high speed WIFI internet and TV. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas hob, oven and microwave. Towels, bed liners and hair dryer are included.

The building has a shared terrace overlooking Ciutadella Park and the city, elevator and washing machines and clothes dryer.

This apartment has been active for 4 years through an agency, but since November 16, 2019, we have created a new account to be able to manage it personally 100% from THE FAMILY HOST, so there are no reviews yet. We wait for you to be the first!

Places of interest: Parc de la Ciutadella, Arc de Triomf, Zoo, Parlament de Catalunya, Born district, Picasso Museum, Santa Maria del Mar Church, Gothic quarter, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza Real, Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the beaches of Barcelona!

Groups of young people under 27 are not accepted. If you have any doubt, send us a message before confirming the reservation.

It is forbidden to make noise or cause any discomfort to neighbors.

The tourist tax of € 2. 25 * person * night is not included in the price. It applies to those over 16 and for the first 7 nights of the stay.
