Stonelovers® Villa in Jardim do Mar With Private Pool next to Sea

Recently completed apartment in the ground floor around the pool, integrated in a wood and stone sustainable design Eco-villa - Unit 3, sharing a beautiful green and bio land, in centre of the picturesque Village Jardim do Mar in a walk to the beach.

The Villa has two level gardens with a barbecue area and a field of organic farming, that you can use to cook your meals. It is also surrounded by crop land of different species at the rear and side. Outside the Villa you are presented with a large open garden/terrace where you can soak up the fabulous climate from the cushioned sun loungers before taking a dip in the private guest pool. We invite you to enjoy the cascade in the pool to massage your back.

Each apartment has a private sun terrace and they share a private clean swimming pool and barbecue all over the year for the exclusive use of guests. You can enjoy cooking with organic products from the crop land.
There is also a shared laundry, with all necessary products to wash tour clothes.
This is what you may call a little piece of heaven.

Unit description: Unit 3 located at the ground floor around the pool, its an open space (there is a wall but no door dividing the room and the living room) with 55 m2 include a king size bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Private garden with 65 m2 with pool and gardens views. Twin beds, cot or high chair can be requested for free.

The complex its located in the heart of the picturesque Jardim do Mar Village within a few minutes walk to the beach, it includes 3 Private and independent Units, one in the ground floor and other two in the first level, surrounded by gardens, with a shared part that are the barbecue area, heated pool with a waterfall and hot shower, chill out zone, organic garden for guests use and the laundry.
Each Unit has a private sun terrace and you are presented with a large open garden/terrace where you can soak up the fabulous climate from the cushioned sun loungers before taking a dip in the pool.

Many guests had been suggesting that would be great to use the pool in Autumn and Winter times to enjoy at fullest the sunny days that bless Jardim do Mar village at this seasons. We took this opportunity and made this wish come true, so from 2018 heated pool system at 26ºC between November and April its provided by an extra fee.

WoodLovers Villa is not only a holidays villa it is meant to be a state of mind in harmony with Mother Nature.

wonderful place

Check-In was really easy, the position of the appartment is really greate, with the pool and the garden it is a paradise. The room behind the pool is fantastic, you can get there fresh towls, some toys for the pool, fresh water tought an automat and other utilitys, witch you need for a perfect stay. We enjoyed our 10 days really!!!

Beautiful design. Fantastic cats! Heated pool (nice Dec-Mar?)! Great beds and bedding and towels and showers. Great garden! Lovely walk to seawall and beautiful surf. Friendly townsfolk and restaurants. Easy parking. Lots of access to physical activities if you can partake. We are a bit sedentary and mostly enjoyed the pool and the cats and wifi and walking to the restaurants and waterfront. Lucio and Ruben are terrific responsive hosts! Thanks so much!

Little paradise on Madeira

First the village of Jardim do Mar, before we forget to mention, is a very quiet but beautiful village. An idyllic place, the real Madeira! The Stonelovers apartment was perfect in every sense, nice views, spacious and with a great private garden. But what made Woodlovers stand out in comparison to other apartments was the supply room (think of filtered water, extra kitchen supplies and a washing machine) and the contact with the owners. The owners gave us very many and excellent things to do on Madeira. Our compliments, we already recommend Woodlovers to some of our friends!

Such a beautiful, serene place to stay. The apartment was absolutely spotless, with a very large and comfortable bed. Everything, and more, was provided for our stay, including fresh mangoes from the surrounding trees. We had a very peaceful stay and enjoyed the local Terrace Restaurant (for both drinks and food), whose staff were extremely welcoming. We would definitely recommend having a car, as Jardim do Mar is a very small village. We were in the downstairs apartment, which was next to the small pool. There was lots of shade to be had. All communication was excellent, from booking through to the end of our stay.One thing to note is that the downstairs apartment does not have air conditioning, as described, but does have a ceiling fan in the lounge and a plug in fan in the bedroom. When we mentioned this to Lucio we were assred that air conditioning will be put in early next year. All round an absolutely excellent place to stay.

Eine super Unterkunft!

Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern verlief reibungslos und wir haben viele Tipps für den Ort und Geschäfte in der Nähe bekommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und nach der Hälfte des Urlaubs wurde eine komplette Reinigung durchgeführt. Alles in allem waren wir mehr als zufrieden und würden nochmal wiederkommen!

Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage auf Madeira mit tollem Wetter, Wanderungen, Tauchen, Schnorcheln und guten Essen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen. Vor allem der Pool hat so manchen Nachmittag nach dem Wandern erleichtert. Die Wohnung ist super. Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Nur die aktuelle Straßensperrung, die einen Umweg von ca. 20 Minuten in fast alle Richtungen bedeutet war etwas hinderlich. Dafür können die Vermieter aber selbstverständlich nichts.

Wonderful place with lots of ambiance in a great little town

We had the most wonderful time in the Stonelovers Unit, a beautiful flat, well equipped and with the pool right in front of the door as well as a garden with Mango and Banana tree. The Woodlovers team were incredibly helpful, with great advice on what to do and where to go. They were instantly available when we had questions. We also loved the sweet cats that visited us and are part of the magic of the house. Thanks a lot, Ruben and Lucio, for a perfect holiday!

Wir hatten die schönsten Ferientage im August 2018 in diesem Haus in Jardim do Mar. Ruben und Lucio kümmern sich bestens um ihre Gäste. Alles ist sehr sauber und bestens eingerichtet. Absolut empfehlenswert! Der Ort selbst ist heimelig, nicht von Touristen überflutet und das Meerwasser super sauber. Von Jardim aus sind beste Touren bis hoch in die Berge möglich. Es empfiehlt sich ein Leihauto zu nehmen. Auch ist die Westseite Madeira's die Sonnenseite! Während im Osten viele Wolken sind ist der Westen immer sonnig. Wir waren begeistert und kommen sicher wieder an diesen Ort zurück. Ina & Wolfgang
