Woodlovers Mar - Villa In Jardim Do Mar With Private Pool And Sea Views

Woodlovers is a recently completed three separate wood and stone sustainable design holiday villas, sharing the same plot of beautiful and green crop land, in the centre of a tranquil village within a few minutes walk to the beach. Each one has a private sun terrace and they share a private clean swimming pool and barbecue all over the year for the exclusive use of guests. You can enjoy cooking with biologic products from the crop land. This is what you may call a little piece of heaven.

Unit description: Unit 2 located in the first level, with 50 m2 include a king size bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Private balcony with 15 m2, the Unit has sea and gardens views. Twin beds, cot or high chair can be requested.

The complex its located in the heart of the picturesque Jardim do Mar Village within a few minutes walk to the beach, it includes 3 Private and independent Units, one in the ground floor and other two in the first level, surrounded by gardens, with a shared part that are the barbecue area, heated pool with a waterfall and hot shower, chill out zone, organic garden for guests use and the laundry.

Each Unit has a private sun terrace and you are presented with a large open garden/terrace where you can soak up the fabulous climate from the cushioned sun loungers before taking a dip in the pool.

Many guests had been suggesting that would be great to use the pool in Autumn and Winter times to enjoy at fullest the sunny days that bless Jardim do Mar village at this seasons. We took this opportunity and made this wish come true, so from 2018 heated pool system at 26ºC between November and April its provided by an extra fee of 50€/week/booking payable in cash upon checkin.

WoodLovers Villa is not only a holidays villa it is meant to be a state of mind in harmony with Mother Nature.

Wonderful place

Beautiful design and many gorgeous places to enjoy the scenery. The heated pool was wonderful in January. The blender was definitely an unexpected bonus. The hosts are amazing! The cats are too! And the passion fruit and fresh herbs! Great bed linens and pillows and big beds! Excellent walk-in shower. So nice to be able to walk to the sea wall and watch the surfers and the sea and sunsets while enjoying a glass or two. Several very nice restaurants within walking distance; many more a short drive away. Thank you Rúben, Lúcio e Adelaide!

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und höflich, auch bei Fragen zum Thema Restaurants, Supermarkt... haben sie uns sehr geholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, jede Woche kam eine Dame und hat gereinigt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt sauber und zweckmäßig.Die Gartenanlage ist schön angelegt, alles sehr ökologisch.Der Ort eignet sich sehr gut für Wanderungen und zum Erkunden des nördlichen Inselteils.Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Traumhaft schön

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Besitzer und ihre Angestellten waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, gaben Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung und taten alles, dass wir uns in der Wohnung erholen konnten. Nach der ersten Woche gab es eine Komplettreinigung der Wohnung. Es war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der Ort ist mit seinen engen, kleinen Gassen sehr schön und gemütlich und man kann gut Essen gehen (u.a. Joe´s Bar). Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt liegt gleich nach an der Abzweigung am Kreisverkehr in Prazeres in Richtung Jardim do Mar (5 Minuten mit dem Auto). Am Dorfplatz in Jardim so Mar hält auch jeden Tag ein Bäcker und zweimal die Woche ein Obst- und Gemüsehändler. Sonntags ist in Prazeres ein Bauernmarkt in einer ehemaligen Fabrikhalle mit frisch geernteten Produkten direkt vom Erzeuger, und es gibt leckere Backwaren. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Funchal und in den Nordwesten. Für Ausflüge in den Nordosten benötigt man mit dem Auto eine Stunde und mehr. Wir freuen uns schon, auf den nächsten Besuch.

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit Meerblick in ruhigen Dorf

Insgesamt war es eine wunderbare Woche in dieser wirklich einmaligen Villa in Jardim do Mar. Eine wunderschön eingerichtete Villa mit Pool und man kann ebenfalls Obst im angelegten Garten ernten. Auch bietet sich die Lage für Ausflüge an der Westküste an. Immer wieder gerne und ich würde es ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in Woddlovers Mar. Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Neben dem durchdachten Aufbau und der guten Ausstattung hat vor allem die sehr gute Betreuung durch Lucio und seine Familie den besonderen Touch ausgemacht. Wir hatten schon viele Ferienwohnungen aber vor allem die Kommunikation und Beratung der Gastgeber, sowie die zur Verfügung gestellten Insider Informationen hatten wir noch nie in diesem Umfang und dieser Qualität. Viellen Dank! Jardim do Mar selbst is ein kleines, ländliches Örtchen, das außer relativer Ruhe und ein paar schönen Ausblicken und Restaurants, nicht viel bietet. Als Ausgangspunkt für Erholungs- und Wanderurlaub aber durchaus gut gelegen ist. Toll ist, dass fast täglich ein fahrender Bäcker und zwei mal die Woche andere fahrende Händler vorbei kommen. Da Madeira nicht groß ist kommt man überall gut und relativ schnell hin. Nach Funchal sind es ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ohne Mietwagen ist man jedoch schnell aufgeschmissen.

Mooie woning op een fraaie lokatie

De woning ziet er prachtig uit.Een tuintje met kruiden is aanwezig. Vanuit de bovenwoning is er een prachtig uitzicht op de zee en Jardim do Mar. Voor de duidelijkheid, dit zijn 3 woonunits gecombineerd met 1 zwembad. De privacy laat om deze reden te wensen over.

Nobelunterkunft mit Fenster zum Meer und zum Dorfleben

Wir sind sofort Fans von diesem Domizil geworden. Das Design und die Ausführung sind etwas Besonderes und haben großen Wohlfühlcharakter. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen gastfreundlich und kümmern sich sehr herzlich um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste. Die Ferienwohnungen sind fast neu und in hervorragendem Zustand, d.h. sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zum leiblichen Wohl trägt auch der kleine Kräuter- und Gemüsegarten bei, den die Mieter abernten dürfen. Wenn man möchte, kann man ein wenig am Dorfleben teilnehmen, z.B. beim Einkaufen bei Teresa im Dorfladen oder beim mobilen Bäcker oder Gemüsehändler. Besondere Gäste sind am Abend die Gelbschnabel Sturmvögel mit ihrem "Gesang", wenn sie ihre Nester aufsuchen Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen.
