Our holiday home is the ideal starting point for a relaxing and active holiday on the Portuguese island of Madeira in the Atlantic. Completed in the summer of 2011 under German construction management and participation of a German craft company house is located in the district of Calheta. Here you have a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains, the sea and the sunset.
The house has a very generous terrace area and a total of 120 square meters of living space. It has been built at ground level and has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 bedroom with bunk beds). Living room, dining room, bedrooms 1 and 2 have floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with access to the terrace.
Bedroom 1, kitchen / living, dining room have sea views.
Bedroom 2 has an additional TV.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster.
The living room has a cozy sitting area with satellite TV (with international channels) music system with radio and CD player.
A sufficient and fast internet connection is of course available.
The house has a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, adjustable washbasin and disabled WC / toilet. Outside the house, a washing machine and a clothes dryer are available in a utility room. There is also a guest toilet available.
The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and has a nice barbecue area as well as a cozy seating area and sunbeds.
It's a great place to relax with a glass of wine after a nice day of vacation.
