VILLA CASSIOPEA (Via Cassiopea 7) is a boutique residence featuring 3 swimming pools and 6 independent apartments within the villa, accommodating up to 43 guests (8+5+4+13+7+6 beds).<br><br>The villa with 3 swimming pools was completely renovated and furnished in 2024.<br>is equipped with all the amenities needed to ensure a comfortable and functional stay.<br><br> 4 townhouses (sleeping 8, 5, 4, and 6 guests) with a shared pool; each features two air-conditioned bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom.<br> Two additional independent apartments (sleeping 13 and 7), one with 5 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and 2 bathrooms, and the other with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, each with its own private pool for exclusive use.<br><br>Terraces, a laundry annex with a barbecue area, a patio with a pool, and outdoor showers in the garden are just some of the amenities that set Villa Cassiopea apart from ordinary beach houses, thanks to the completeness and harmony of its offerings.<br>Features and services designed to ensure guests have access and assistance at any time of day, in total relaxation, for the best possible stay.<br><br>All bedrooms are furnished in the same style to ensure a consistent hospitality experience: comfortable double beds, a chest of drawers, a closet, and nightstands with lamps provide everything guests need.<br>Depending on the number of guests, you will be assigned to one of the three apartments in the villa, or, as they are gradually completed, to additional accommodation if the total number of guests exceeds the capacity of any single apartment:<br><br>- APARTMENT 1 (capacity 4+2+2),<br>consisting of: three bedrooms (one with two additional single beds), living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, bathroom, shared outdoor veranda-terrace; shared swimming pool with apartments 2, 3, and 6.<br><br>- APARTMENT 2 (sleeps 4+1),<br>consisting of: two bedrooms (one with an extra single bed), living room-kitchen, bathroom, shared outdoor veranda-terrace; swimming pool shared with apartments 1, 3, and 6.<br><br>- APARTMENT 3 (sleeps 2+2),<br>consisting of: one bedroom, bathroom, living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, private veranda; shared pool with apartments 1, 2, and 6.<br><br>- APARTMENT 4 (sleeps 7) - Ground Floor,<br>consisting of: 2 bedrooms (one with the option to add an extra single bed), 2 bathrooms, a very large living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed, a private patio; private pool with a wooden sun deck.<br><br>- APARTMENT 5 (sleeps 12+1) - First Floor,<br>consisting of: 5 bedrooms (one with the option to add an extra single bed), 3 bathrooms, a very large living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed, a private patio; its own private pool with a wooden sun deck.<br><br>- APARTMENT 6 (sleeps 6) - Ground Floor,<br>consisting of: 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom, living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed, private patio; shared pool with Apartments 1, 2, and 3.<br><br>The entire villa (or portion thereof) will be considered rented if the number of guests exceeds the minimum capacity of each residence, starting from the smallest to the largest (i.e., based on remaining availability for the period of your stay).<br><br>The Villa Residence (with 3 pools) is designed to accommodate groups or families as well as individual guests.
