We could not be more pleased with the apt! Owner was available to give recomendations and answer our questions. Loved the old world charm of the apartment.
The check in process was exceptionally easy and the property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the two nights we stayed and would definitely book this property again.

Lovely location and apartment. Angelo was very helpful and responsive. Just a few suggestions: dish towels, Kleenex, directions to better control temperature of shower water.

The location of the property was amazing. Close to walking to everything. The only issue that we had was one of the bathroom showers leaked every time we used it. Hot water was also not in large supply.

Angelo was an amazing host and his listing is amazing! The interior is so beautiful and has so much detail! The apartment had everything we could need! A/C was a huge plus as well!! Location is amazing as well, so many restaurants near by and just a very short walk to the Trevi fountain! Highly recommend Angelo and his apartment for your stay in Rome!

Extremely uncomfortable apartment
Horribly furnished, no place to sit in living room except a day bed without a back. Kitchen ill equipped, espresso machine had no handle, could not pick it up. No potholders, no dish towels, no regular sized plates for a sandwich or croissant, only large ones which were unreachable in high cabinets with no footstool to get there, had to stand on a dining room chair. No hand towels for the bathrooms either. The manager told us he'd have pods for the other coffee machine but there were none. No sponge or substitute in kitchen. When we told the manager he said use paper towels. And the other things he made no attempt to bringvthem.over or apologize. He said "no one else that stayed there complained " and he did nothing! The twin bedroom has no night stand or reading light and no windows! . Beds are hard. Pillows like rocks. No overhead lights in the main room. The worst was the noise. Street noise but worse, inside building too....Loud loud doors banging in the building day and night I had the twin room and was forced to hear people in the next apartment, every word, laughing, singing until wee hours. A horrible apartment. The only nice thing was the draperies. I have rented at least 10 different apartments in Rome and this was horrible.

Dear guest, sorry you had such inconveniences during your stay in Rome. In fact we noticed some comunication issues with you (otherwise with your travel companion, very kind and respectful).
However, just few notes from our side:
Our appartment is classic furnished, fine ceilings and doors and even with some antique pieces of furniture, sorry we did not use Ikea style to satisfy your taste.
The second bedroom has a large window opened to a glazed veranda, as it happens in many style houses in historical Rome.
The kichen cabinets of course are fixed at regular height, kitchen is well equipped for everyday use and accessories, also with plates of different size.
The appartment is located in a quite street although very close to most of the monuments and not noisy, this just for clarification.
In any case there is always space for improvements and we consider all constructive comments to make it better for our guests.
Thank you Angelo for a very nice stay and wonderful time in Rome. Outside of the few maintenance issues, we enjoyed the proximity to multiple sites, yet in a quiet neighborhood setting. We appreciate the close communications throughout the process, and all you did to share information and ideas for our stay. Take care! JKRK
Angelo was amazing! He was very attentive and communicated at all times with us during our stay. We enjoyed the apartment. It is perfectly located within walking distance to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. And it is close to many other amenities. I recommend this place for your stay in Rome. Thanks Angelo!
The apartment worked well for us - husband/wife and college-age son. It is on a quiet street but convenient to Barberini Metro stop and a short walk to Trevi Fountain in one direction, and Spanish Steps and shopping in the other. Many restaurants nearby. Host was very helpful in setting up transportation to and from FCO airport.
