Very nice apartment in a great location nicely tucked away from main thoroughfares. Ideally placed as a base to access all of Rome’s major attractions. Lots of choice of eateries nearby. The Host was very helpful in handling our uncertain arrival time caused by travel issues.

This was advertised as a luxury apartment, which it absolutely was not. It was in a gritty area & we often had a homeless person on the doorstep when returning to the property. Dark, dingy & dirty in the common areas, inside was better.The top hinge on the closet door was broken, making it difficult to access & the faucet in the kitchen was so loose it needed to be held to operate. The number of steps to reach it was expected but the elevator wasn't always available. Two couples stayed here so two sets of keys would have been helpful, we were forced to keep the same schedule.On the positive side, the check-in agent met us early to get in, which eliminated the need to store our luggage in a locker. The terrace was lovely & we enjoyed some downtime on it. The beds were comfortable & the A/C was great.It was basic & functional, decently located for our agenda. If a return to Rome is in our future I probably would look elsewhere to stay. A solid C.

I understand that encountering homeless people near the entrance may not have been a pleasant experience, this is something that can happen in the city, as public areas are accessible to everyone. However, the area is central and well connected, with many attractions within walking distance and convenient bus and taxi services nearby. I’m sorry that this aspect affected your overall impression of the location. Regarding the keys, we normally provide one set unless additional sets are requested. Had you let us know that you needed a second set, we would have been happy to arrange one for you. The elevator, it is shared by all residents of the building, so there may occasionally be a short wait when it is in use. Thank you also for bringing the loose kitchen faucet to our attention. We were not aware of this issue, and we will arrange for it to be repaired. Thank you again for your feedback.

Our host was wonderful. Very responsive and the apartment was excellent. Clean and centrally located to everything we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Rome.

This location is central to just about everything! You can walk to many landmarks. You really cannot choose a better location. The apartment itself is gem. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent views from the terrace. Property owner was very welcoming and responded quickly to questions. It was a pleasure doing business with them. If I’m ever in Rome again I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Lovely spacious apartment, well located, clean, great layout, quiet, fabulous terrace space, well equipped. Much better than the overpriced hotels! Overall, one of the best VRBO’s I’ve stayed in.

Cozy Stay

We are traveling as three adults and one child and this apartment was a good size for our family. The apartment was clean and was in a great location for site seeing. There is also a luggage storage location at the corner, which was very helpful for our early arrival prior to check in time.

We were met promptly and the apartment was in excellent condition. Host showed us how to use the Air Conditioner for additional in the event that temperatures got too cold when building heat was turned off. We did this once or twice and it worked well.

Excellent Rome Stay!

We loved our experience at this apartment! The location was ideal for walking to all the sites we wanted to see and so close to tons of restaurants and shopping. We loved the terrace and the balconies in each room. The space was clean and met all our needs! Would recommend.
