The apartment has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a French bed (160 cm), a bath/WC, double hand-basin, and a hydro massage bath. There is an exit to the balcony from this room. The second bedroom also has a French bed (160 cm), while the third bedroom has two beds. The apartment also has an open kitchen, which is equipped with a mini-oven, dishwasher, gas stove, 4 gas rings, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is an exit to the balcony from this area as well.

The apartment has one bath/WC, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. It is heated through gas heating, and the floors are made of parquet.
