Erholsame Ruhe in schönem Umfeld

Die Anlage ist hervorragend gepflegt und ermöglicht Erholung in einem besonderen Umfeld. Die in der Anlage wohnenden Eigentümer sind äußerst nett, sprechen jedoch nicht Englisch oder Deutsch. Nach Lucca fährt man ca. 30 Minuten, zum Strand etwa 40. Ein Supermarkt ist etwa 15 Minuten entfernt.

Un petit coin de paradis

Magnifique séjour dans une belle propriété. Appartement bien équipé, piscine agréable avec une vue spectaculaire, localisation proche de sites à visiter. Nous avons été très touchés par l’accueil des propriétaires et leurs attentions. Une belle découverte que nous recommandons.

Prachtige omgeving. Een plek om heerlijk tot rust te komen. Jammer dat de eigenaar geen Engels spreekt, maar verder erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. WiFi werkt wel enkel buiten.

Idyllisches, wunderschönes Anwesen mitten in der Natur

Kleine, aber feine Anlage mit drei Ferienwohnungen oberhalb von "Allem" mit grandiosem Ausblick über die Wälder Richtung Monte Pisano. Toller, großzüger Pool. Professionell gepflegter Garten mit Grill/Pizzaofen.Zusätzlich zum privaten Freisitz/Terasse der jeweiligen Wohnung gibt es eine wunderschöne Gemeinschaftsterrasse zum Tal hin. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Wer mag, kann direkt los wandern.(Dass man für diese ruhige Lage eine kurvige, steile Privatstraße in Kauf nimmt, wird in der Beschreibung/Buchung extra erwähnt. In dieser Region können selbst kommunnale Straßen eine Herausforderung werden, also....). Wir waren in der Erdgeschosswohnung Istrice untergebracht. Aufgund der Hanglage des Hauses geht das Fenster des kleinen SZ (Kinderzimmer)auf eine Stützmauer hinaus (dunkel), das Badezimmerfenster geht direkt in einen Vorratsraum. Das war für uns eine Überraschung. Dagegen hat man von den anderen Fenstern aus und der Terrasse eine super Aussicht. Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit ist man in ca. 25 Minuten z.B. im sehenswerten Lucca, in ca. 40 Minuten an den Stränden. Cinzia, Guiseppina und Guiseppe sind zuvorkommende und großzügige Gastgeber. Sollten Probleme auftreten, werden sie sofort gelöst. Tante grazie!

A perfect place for holidays

Very nice, well equipped apartment with perfect support. The swimming pool - a place to relax in a beautiful garden with olive trees. In a few minutes you can visit the historical and lovely city Lucca.
