This apartment is in a fabulous spot very close to the vaporetto stop and also to Radical storage for storing luggage. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and conveniently close to restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this apartment, but just be advised there is no lift and it’s on the third floor.

Extremely easy to get to. Exit at St Maria del Giglio water stop and only 30 meters to door. No going up and down over canals to get there. It does have 51 steps but that is only once each way with luggage. Watched people struggling to get luggage over multiple canals. Bed were comfortable and spacious

Great location and easy to get to. The Grand Canal is just behind the house with a dock for the public water bus that comes every 10-15 minutes.

This is a fantastic location for visiting Venice. It is just a few steps from a vaparetto and Alilaguna stop and a 5 minute walk to St. Mark's. The property is as old as you would expect in Venice but it is very roomy and comfortable. The overall condition is good but the floors could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning.The host was great to work with over Whatsapp.

A very nice property located 350 metres from the ferry, so very convenient to get to. The stairs to the apartment are reasonably steep and narrow, however this is to be expected as all the properties are older in Venice. Six of stayed at the apartment and it was quite comfortable including a living room (which was not always included in some of our rentals). The air conditioning worked well, and kept the bedrooms and living room cool (again not all apartments we rented had ac to the living room. We popped a breaker at one point, I was able to contact the host right away and was directed to the breaker box. My only issue was having to leaving cash for the visitor tax on the table and not getting a receipt. A coffee maker able to support six coffee drinkers would have been nice.

Mosquitos were obnoxious. We never opened the windows and spent both nights getting bitten throughout the night after killing over 20 mosquitos prior the going to bed each night. The owner never returned our messages or sought to address the issue.

The apartment is very close to the Giglio vapporetto stop, a convenient location for traveling by boat. Very clean, very comfortable. Just lots of steps to get to it.

Not sure why the review was asking me to rate the winery experience, this is an apartment not a winery, but the place was exactly ask advertised and as the pictures reflect.Check in was easy.Location was very good.I would not recommend the restaurant on the first floor. It was just ok. There are many other great restaurants close bye.Everything is in walkable distance and easy to find. Apartment is in a very location, very close to Giglio water taxis dock.The place was prefect for us.

Beautiful, bright light filled apartment

Had a lovely stay in this apartment with 5 people. Beautiful and bright, lots of light and windowsComes with small kitchenette, fridge, washing machine. 3 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and ensuite, 1 with queen bed and 1 with 2 single bedsPerfect location, not at all busy in the morning. On the 3rd floor so a few stairs to get up but this is fine.Right next to the Giglio vaparetto stop for easy transport. Would definitely stay again

Greek cruisers

Stayed a couple of extra days in Venice after our Greek cruise. The location was easy to reach San Marco and other attractions. It is right next to a Vaporetto stop. The owners communicated well to tell us how to find it. It is a self check in. They were also good about checking in during our stay to see if we needed anything.

The apartment was clean and spacious. You do have to go up two steep flights of stairs, so keep that in mind when carrying up luggage. Great location next to Vaporetto and very walkable to Saint Mark Square and surrounding area. Our only concern was we did not have heat the first night and no hot water. That did not get fixed until late in the next day. If we did not have that issue, I would give it five stars all the way.

Great apartment in an awesome location

Check in and locating the property was super easy. We had open communication letting us know where everything was. You definitely get a “wow” factor when walking in the door and see the large windows looking outside. For anyone who asks, there is no lift, and there are 50 stairs to climb. Not an issue for us however if you have mobility concerns you may want to keep that in mind. Highly recommend staying here…location was everything!

This is a well located, clean apartment with wonderful large windows. The beds are comfortable enough, and most things work fine. It suited our group of five: two couples plus a single adult.However:- communication with the hosts wasn't great (Carlo is the name that automatically appears on the VRBO messaging, but Grecia and Enrico are the contacts apparently). I had questions in the run up to the rental that went unanswered until I phoned VRBO and they chased- the apartment lacks some items that would have been helpful, e.g. bread knife and sharp knives generally- the kettle tripped the fuses every time we tried to use it. We informed Grecia but were told it was because the kettle was wet. It wasn't. So we boiled water in pans instead- the shower head in the shared bathroom dribbled (we managed with the handheld but I'm noting here for the hosts to fix)- info provided before arrival was mainly fine, but a key thing we needed was luggage storage and the hosts recommend taking your bags to the rail station (a 30min journey). Actually the Tabac in Piazza Santa Maria del Giglio offered luggage storage for E5 per bag and it's 90 seconds from the front door.Overall, it's a practical and relatively good value place to stay in terms of location, but it doesn't feel like a place that's cared about by its management team, and there's no feeling of a personal service. With some tweaks and better, friendlier communication it could have been five stars.

Das Objekt wurde gerade renoviert, der Hausflur wurde gestrichen, schön für nachfolgende Mieter. Für 6 Personen wurde gleich noch Geschirr gebracht!!
